I have had my HAG chair for 3 years now and love it - but had no idea what a difference the footring makes. I used to always use the chair on the lowest setting (I have the sit to stand) and wanted to use it up higher, so I bought this footring, which matches the color of my frame. It's super comfortable to sit that way! Also, I was confused about the instructions, but it slides right on - no tools needed.

Great aluminum ring for Capisco chair. Good quality, could be larger diameter, but that's a matter of preference. Came well packed and yet slightly dinged (paint scratched in a 1cm spot) as though it had been dragged or resold.

Seems nice and high quality, but it is impossible to take the chair apart to install it. I spent hours spraying with WD40 and hammering as hard as I could per Hags instructions, but it has not budged. All I’ve succeeded in doing is damaging the chair.
