It’s my 3rd day of taking all these vitamins so I will have to update this in a week or two. The pills for the vitamin D3 are very tiny easy to swallow no foul smell the pills texture are like the fish oil. The probiotic are a bit bigger they do have a miniature smell to them but not bad at all or overpowering. The Maca are thicker in size the smell is a bit more potent but nothing that makes me nauseous at all they do require to drink a full 8oz of water with the maca and the vitamin d3 also a fatty meal is preferable for better results. If you read them or look into them you will find that some vitamins need to be taken separately because taking all sorts of vitamins at the same time takes away or work against each vitamin. So in this case I’m taking multivitamins + collagen maca and vitamin d3 in the AM with a good breakfast and I drink 1-2 8oz of water. Then in the afternoon or at night along with my dinner or lunch I then take the probiotic along with the slippery elmbark. Throughout the day I make it a mission to drink a gallon of water a day.

Still unsure of actual results but haven’t had any issues with them so far.

Sure, it smells kinda earthy. But it's WORTH IT. I started this for two reasons: menopausal hair loss and adding energy and focus. THE HAIR: Menopause caused some pretty noticeable thinning spots and hair loss, and I had already been trying biotin and rosemary in both supplements and various shampoos and whatnot, for nearly a year, with little to no change. With this blend, after only two weeks I'm seeing the little sparse areas at my temples growing new hair. Incredible. THE FOCUS: For both focus and general energy, I'm seeing a change. I have always been somewhat "adhd" but with this, what i'm noticing is that my pattern has changed. Instead of "do something for 15 minutes and then stare into space or doom-scroll or whatever," it's "do something for 15 minutes and then find another task to do for 15 minutes" so my energy is way better and I'm more inclined to multi-task meaningfully. Very highly recommend this stuff!

I'm 47 and have done a lot of research into supplements that might help restore a little of the libido from my 20's or 30's. Not saying I'm an expert, but a lot of clinical studies point to a few supplements for men that show improvement in mood, sex drive, and overall well being. The ones with the most positive research are fenugreek, DHEA, and MACA. I have tried a couple other supplements individually before finding this supplement which combined a couple of those ingredients plus Ashwagandga (which also has promising research). I've been taking it for a couple months now (plus a DHEA supplement), and I definitely notice a positive difference. It's not like being 25 again where the wind blows and you're ready to go, but I am definitely feeling in the mood subtly, but consistently much of the day. This does not change performance in the bedroom, but it improves your libido without a doubt, and for a guy whose identity is partly tied to libido once puberty hits, it's a welcome return to how I felt a couple decades ago. A couple notes: I am also taking a DHEA supplement and recommend that to go with this. Fenugreek takes 60-90 days to create a noticeable difference, so you need to be ready to stick with this for a couple months. Don't give up if you don't notice any changes for the first month or so. This supplement should be taken with food, and yes, that does matter to o how your body absorbs it. (DHEA should be taken on an empty stomach). If your looking to improve your libido/sex drive, definitely give this a try!

Definitely do NOT recommend for anyone that has any digestive issues what so ever. I am still sick and haven’t taken it for 4 days now. Customer service is top notch however and the are always willing to assist.
