I had previous testosterone supplement in the past, and it raised my PSA level, and I stopped it. I started this product, and in the last 2 months I took 2 capsules a day. def more energized and i enjoy the taste. it smells like sweet honey. i don’t love that it makes me queasy? not sure if it’s an internal detox or just how it will always feel. if it is stays i will have to discontinue because the gassy heartburn feeling is strong. it does chill out but it takes like half the day i can get into routine and find the rhythm of the day with these a lot easier. there is a great balance of focus, internal peace, and drive without the overwhelming feeling that can come sometimes with taking other stimulants that i’ve tried

I take a half dose (1 pill) a day and it does wonders. I even had my swimmers counted and it was below normal before and now is above normal. The physical effects are similar to tadalafil but volume is much higher with this product. The only downside is you will be bugging your partner more. The libido goes through the roof. I cycle off for a month when the bottle is empty, as you're supposed to do with ashwaganda, and I can definitely tell the difference.

I've been taking this for two years. I initially used it to help with weight loss... I'm not so sure it worked for that. It most definitely helps stabilize my mood.
