It’s my 3rd day of taking all these vitamins so I will have to update this in a week or two. The pills for the vitamin D3 are very tiny easy to swallow no foul smell the pills texture are like the fish oil. The probiotic are a bit bigger they do have a miniature smell to them but not bad at all or overpowering. The Maca are thicker in size the smell is a bit more potent but nothing that makes me nauseous at all they do require to drink a full 8oz of water with the maca and the vitamin d3 also a fatty meal is preferable for better results. If you read them or look into them you will find that some vitamins need to be taken separately because taking all sorts of vitamins at the same time takes away or work against each vitamin. So in this case I’m taking multivitamins + collagen maca and vitamin d3 in the AM with a good breakfast and I drink 1-2 8oz of water. Then in the afternoon or at night along with my dinner or lunch I then take the probiotic along with the slippery elmbark. Throughout the day I make it a mission to drink a gallon of water a day.

Sure, it smells kinda earthy. But it's WORTH IT. I started this for two reasons: menopausal hair loss and adding energy and focus. THE HAIR: Menopause caused some pretty noticeable thinning spots and hair loss, and I had already been trying biotin and rosemary in both supplements and various shampoos and whatnot, for nearly a year, with little to no change. With this blend, after only two weeks I'm seeing the little sparse areas at my temples growing new hair. Incredible. THE FOCUS: For both focus and general energy, I'm seeing a change. I have always been somewhat "adhd" but with this, what i'm noticing is that my pattern has changed. Instead of "do something for 15 minutes and then stare into space or doom-scroll or whatever," it's "do something for 15 minutes and then find another task to do for 15 minutes" so my energy is way better and I'm more inclined to multi-task meaningfully. Very highly recommend this stuff!

30 DAY UPDATE: I'm still very happy with the benefits from these supplements- I do rotate x1 Daily, then x2 Daily, which has worked very well for me. It is better to take with a meal, but I've also taken them in between meals with no issues either.. I like these well enough that I went ahead signed up for the subscription service Amazon offers (also gets you the discounted price on the supplements!). I can't rave about these enough & highly recommend!! I waited to review after taking these supplements for 1 week & so far I'm very happy with these supplements! I started with x1 Daily the first day to make sure it wouldn't give me an upset stomach- it did not. I started x2 Daily the second day & on, which has not caused any stomach ache for me at all. The supplements do have that slight 'vitamin aftertaste', but it's super mild & doesn't bother me. Within the week, I was already noticing the boost in energy, mood & appetite. Most people may consider 'increased appetite' a bad thing- but that is actually a plus for me! I've struggled to gain/maintain weight since my illness has progressed (Stage 3 Endometriosis), which causes debilitating pain that makes me lose my appetite often.(This type of supplement was actually recommended to me by my specialist to help with my Endo/Pain/Symptoms). So that aspect is very helpful for someone like me! Energy & mood increase was the first thing I noticed (After 2 days), which is another huge plus when dealing with chronic fatigue/pain.. I've also noticed that I'm not getting headaches everyday since I've started taking these supplements, but it could be a case of "correlation does not equal causation" too. Overall, I'm very happy with these supplements so far! I will update my review after I've finished my first bottle (1 Month Supply), if I notice any other positive and/or negative changes.
