Great product, but even better business to deal with! We had an issue with our pressure washer, and had to contact Giraffe for a warranty replacement. They were very accommodating and helped us immediately. I highly recommend a purchase from this company. It is very rare that you find customer service as great as them, and a company that stands behind their products.

This Giraffe Tools pressure washer is a great setup if you want a clean, organized washing station at home. The wall-mounted design with the retractable hose reel keeps everything tidy and easy to use without dragging hoses around. Functionally, the 2500 PSI and 2.2 GPM provide plenty of power for cleaning cars, driveways, fences, and patios. The 65 ft hose gives you excellent reach, and the retractable system works smoothly when pulling out and rewinding. The included nozzles make it easy to switch between different cleaning tasks. A strong, convenient pressure washer that combines solid performance with a clean, space-saving setup.

Bought and replaced 3 times, Low pressure and volume, when you let go of the trigger to stop the water jet, the pump/valve makes a huge bang sound as the pressure hammer effect stops the water flow. As in other reviews over time this has caused the area of the metal die-cast housing to explode and break away. I don't know how it has so much pressure internally by the pump, but when it gets to the jet nozzle water barely comes out and even trying all nozzles none really work to wash off anything. Just my normal hose with 70psi and high volume cleans better. The unit is very noisy I would say 10-15db more than other less expensive but nice units that are portable electric. Even peoples reviews of the 3400psi Giraffe units complain of same no pressure problems so this must be an inherent design problem withing there whole line. Customer Service communications is very bad, slow to respond, don't answer questions as you ask, I had to ask same things at least 6-7 times and days between meaningless irrelevant answers, if you even got answers. If you have to communicate with them, do by phone or your return window will run out before you even get an answer. Now im stuck with the last one.

Changed Review: An internal hose burst after one year of use. However, Giraffe was quick to fix the issue for me. Their standard website support was slow but the Amazon support was very swift.

Everything seems good quality. Got it installed easy to mount. Comes with hose extender and foam kit. Only giving 4 stars because the pressure is definitely not what it is advertised at . I would say its prolly 1600-1800 psi. Which is definitely enough for almost anything. Works great so far. I love the wall mount and reel . Doesn't feel like a chore to pressure washer something turn water on and switch pull reel out. Super convenient. Time saver for sure! Love it.

I got this for my husband as a space saver in the garage and he loves it. It’s super easy to use and put back as well.

So glad I bought this! I don’t need a heavy duty pressure washer. Mounted in the garage and I ran a hot water line to it. It’s great for washing the cars, rugs and whatever. The pressure is good enough to knock the dirt and mud off and rinse after I hand wash. The retract function is a life saver.

I purchased this product one year ago after six months. It started leaking from the main box. Also, I had issues with the line coming from the house to the line going into the machine. I went through five hoses till I found one heavy duty enough that would not leak, but after six months, it started leaking from within the inside of the box. I really want this product to work, but it did not it failed. I would not buy this. very poor quality lots of plastic parts.
