Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Waterline Eyeliner Pencil for Tightlining

One of my all-time favorite eyeliners! I have quite a few Victoria Beckham eyeliners, but I always find myself coming back to the classic Urban Decay 24/7 liner. Legend is perfect for my upper lash line, tightlining, and even my waterline—which is where most eyeliners fail me. It actually stays put without smudging or disappearing halfway through the day. Creamy, easy to apply, and seriously long-lasting. A staple in my makeup bag!

It is the best eyeliner I have ever purchased. The color is as described, texture great. And it lasts until I take it off. I have no complaints about this pencil . Costs more than other pencils I have bought , but it is better quality . So it is worth it. I bought two more today.

This is the only waterline pencil I can put on at 8p and still have it perfect at 4a. Long-lasting, durable, creamy application, and SUPER black. Have bought many times now

This was recommended to me by someone in Sephora and how it’s a good substitute for liquid eyeliners for the waterline. Not true. I got the “Legend” which i guess is their “black”, but in reality, it is not black, it goes on grey - it’s not pigmented enough if you have tanned or brown skin. It lasts as grey lines in my waterline for like an hour and then smudges into my undereyes, making me look like a raccoon. Notably, i dont have oily skin but dry skin. I really miss the old liquid liners that would actually work and stay put instead of these replacements that suck

I purchased the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Waterline Eyeliner Pencil – color Tootsie (cool medium brown matte). I wanted to try this because I was using another product (not Urban Decay) that also stated it was formulated for the waterline and discovered it didn’t work for me as I expected. The color is rich and applies easily. The description states that it’s waterproof and that is true in that I was only able to remove it using an eye makeup remover. However, I found that the product does not stay on for 24 hours on the waterline, but it did remain on longer than other products I’ve tried. So, keep this in mind. It also states that it’s smudge resistant and transfer resistant and that is also true as I did apply it to the corner of my lower lid, and it only smudged slightly after I purposefully attempted several times to make it smudge. So, in my opinion, unless you are constantly rubbing your eyes, you won’t have any problems with smudging on your skin. Additionally, in my experience, ensure that you use a sharpener that is specifically made for eyeliner pencils. In the past I’ve tried using a pencil sharpener that’s made for a pencil that’s used for writing, and it did not work at all. The only thing that happened was that the tip continually broke. Overall, I like the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner pencil. The color that I purchased was true to the description, and it was easy to apply. Based on the color and ease of application I would say the product is of higher quality therefore the price is reasonable. However, as stated above, the eyeliner did not remain on my waterline for 24 hours, but it did remain on my upper and lower lids for 24 hours.

Stays on for a long time. A good eyeliner, but expensive.

Absolutely amazing!! 100% waterproof, I never have to worry about eyeliner under my eyes. It is incredible and worth buying.

, I had very high expectations for this eye liner, I purchased this after resurching a long lasting eye liner for my waterline. Seemed customers really liked this one. Well I took out my pencil to find the tip missing I reported the problem and company sent out a new one the next day. This is NOT why I gave only 3 stars. I took a star off because the product does not last all day as promised wore off almost completely it a few hrs. I also found the line quality disappointing the softness of the liner made application easyer it does glide right on BUT seems it's a little too creamy it will smudge onto your lashes if your not careful. I must say I do love the color although my search for a long lasting waterline eyliner goes on.

Don’t even question this product. I have been using it for so many years and it’s my go to no matter what especially on a long night out. This gift from god to women is truly that. It stays on. It’s soooo black.. and it glides so nicely. I love it. Love it so much that I have one in every purse. Trust me… I don’t lie. I would gift this to every women alive if I could. Xoxo

Best eyeliner I’ve ever used. It stays put until washed off.

Very pigmented and very smooth when applying, doesn’t ‘catch’ the skin. Will definitely buy again.
