Very sturdy and well constructed. I bought another with tabs that was preferred over this one but have absolutely no complaints and its a very nice notebook.

Really very nice journal...

I got this journal for 2025 resolutions, gratitude and general thoughts. The sage green color is beautiful and it's high quality. I love that it comes with a ribbon to add for keeping your place and helping you stay organized. It's definitely worth the bang for your buck. I like that there's a little folder in the back to hold some little extras. The paper seems to be a great thickness for pens and pencils. The spiral binding is nice as well. Lastly it has a double strap closure keeping it shut a bit more securely. I definitely recommend

This was not what i wanted. In the details it says that it has numbered pages and table of contents pages, but this has none of that. It’s just a normal lined notebook with space for the date at the top. It’s fine, but not what I paid for. I am disappointed.

I have been looking for a nice journal with over 250 acid-free pages, waiting with anticipation. I like that this 300 page journal (about 150 physical folios) is quite thick yet lays flat. I enjoy the approximately 7” x 10” size, install yourself bookmark (with instructions), pen loop, elastic bands, and faux blue gray leather cover. I had expected the spiral cover would be very easy to manipulate, but I was surprised and irritated that the hard cover seemed to get “stuck” in some positions due to some locking of the spiral design mechanism. It just takes me a little while to fiddle with the spiral cover to get it “unstuck”. I appreciate this pastel-like powder blue and the smooth texture of the faux leather with wrinkles, although it is not my absolute favorite. I am delighted that my blue cover arrived in good condition, even though there was no Emshoi brand strip of advertising wrapped around, as seen on the product page online. The journal appeared to me as uneventful, at first, without bells and whistles. The page numbers and date space are printed in very light gray type on most pages, sadly making them difficult to read. However, the back pocket harbors a lot of extras, some of what is listed above. I found, as well, a ruler and sticky pink, yellow, and blue labels in the double sided clear back pocket. I am not planning on needing a ruler or tabs for this particular journal, but it doesn’t hurt to have extra. Some ink pen or sharpies tend to bleed, which is a drawback. I am glad that a regular gel pen appears to do fine, gliding across the pages. I wanted a table of contents to help organize sections, so I am happy that I found this large journal. The college space ruling on 100 GSM paper is pleasing, as well.
