I am at the half of my second bottle. So, it's been about 6 weeks since I started taking it. I lost 12 pounds so far. The weight loss started happening after about 3 weeks. But even those first 3 weeks I started feeling better. It is hard to explain what exactly was different, but I just felt better overall - while still not losing weight. So I kept taking it and then noticed losing about 5 pounds in the last week of the first bottle. I bought the second one and lost about 7 more pounds during the 5th and 6th weeks. I can't be happier!!! I came back to Amazon to look into Dr.Childs Adrenal Thyroid support supplement because I still feel very low on energy. I am going to add it to this supplement. Overall I needed to lose 35 pounds. Now 23 left. The goal feels more realistic and the results are very inspiring. But also feeling overall better is HUGE. I just need more energy. Can't wait to add Dr.Childs' thyroid adrenal supplement now.

I really wanted to love this product. It’s gotten good reviews. I had my thyroid removed 10 years ago and I take levothyroxin. I’m an older adult and my metabolism is slow so I had hoped this would work well for me. However it gives me horrible diarrhea. I eat healthy so it’s not reacting with my diet. I was taking the recommended 3 capsules a day and every day I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. So after 4 miserable days I stopped taking them and my stomach immediately calmed down. I waited a week then cut down to 2 capsules. Again cramps and diarrhea. Don’t think I’m willing to try a single capsule a day. This just did not agree with me.

I am not much of a breakfast eater so I was taking this with lunch and I was not experiencing any difference in my weight or level of hunger. I switched to eating breakfast, took the 3 capsules, and it made a HUGE difference. My hunger is kept at bay all day and I've started dropping pounds. My take: eat breakfast per the instructions!

I've been taking this on and off for a few weeks (because I went on vacay and didn't take it then). I do think it is having an effect on me, although it is not significant yet. I definitely feel less bloated and like I am digesting better. But I do have an issue. If I take the full 3 pill dosage, I get this feeling like heartburn or like I took a peppermint oil capsule. Like a cool mild burning below my throat. It does not go away if I take a Tums, so it is not stomach acid. It must be an ingredient giving me this uncomfortable feeling. So I am trying cutting back to 2 capsules instead. Wondering which part of the formula is causing this.

2 weeks into it, not seeing or noticing a big difference. The taste of the capsules is awful. I will give it a little longer and update

I was taking this supplement on an empty stomach before breakfast. I started to notice an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach which made it hard to finish my breakfast and hurry off to work. I plan to try to take it after my morning meal but I've been reluctant to resume because of how I felt.
