I was searching for a larger bread proofing basket. The size of this basket met my needs and expectations. The quality is great and it's easy to clean. I would buy this again!

Love those for my sourdough

I love this kit. Just wish it had a better bread lame. I cut myself trying to put the blade on and it curves once it’s on which makes it hard to make a good score. It tears the dough. But everything else is good quality and very useful.

This is my second purchase of these bannetons. I usually make two loaves at a time so now I can choose to do both the same size I found the plastic works wonderfully. It cleans very well and I don't have to worry about mold that can occur on bamboo baskets. Sometimes I use the liners, but mostly I like the design on the bread.

Very nice and sturdy...after baking for a while its Just unnecessary. However I've used the baskets many times for serving
