Can this extract transmission fluid through the fill tube?

I would imagine it could if the tubing will fit down the fill tube and reach the bottom of the transmission pan. Keep in mind this is not an ideal way of changing transmission fluid as you still have a filter to replace and it will not remove the fluid from the torque converter.
