How long does it take? Meaning how many bottles do you really see the effect?
Haven’t really noticed anything yet from past people I see it takes at least a couple bottles to really see the effect anyway out there seeing this review send me a message. How long did it take for the pills to actually start working? I’m on my first bottle 30 count.

So far, they seem to work
I think they are working like it says on the bottle. Not sure how much of a benefit they are providing but I don’t feel like I’m forgetting as much. No real energy boost or anything but I don’t feel more tired either. They go down easy enough ( a little smaller than the size as a multivitamin) without any upset stomach or negative side affects.
