beautiful
Edit-- ordered a new batch and it is absolutely perfect. not every batch is exactly the same just as every beehive isn't the same. just have to go with the flow. The first batch I purchased was wonderful so I purchased 110 lbs. every single candle is ruined. no matter what I do. as I said the first 10lb I purchased to try was great. There is no way this is beeswax. Definitely paraffin with honey fragrance added or something. Only parrafin creates this mottled effect. I have no choice but to sell them now as parrafin candles. Do not purchase this. The cost may be appealing but it is not worth it. They should be sued for misleading.

Very difficult to work with!
These beeswax pellets were extremely difficult to work With. The container is normally used in the microwave usually takes 2 to 3 minutes to melt the beeswax flakes i normally use to a liquid that is very easy to add scent and color and pour into candle molds or jars. Using the same container it took 11 minutes for the pellets to even start to melt. Even after 15 minutes I was only able to pour the partially melted pellets into jars with wicks to test to see how the candle burns. No scent or color was able to be used. The candles do burn very slow which might make them good for power outages or maybe outdoors for camping but not at all what I was expecting. I will not be buying them again and will dispose of more than 3/4 of the pellets i paid for. What a waste of time and resources. I strongly recommend trying a different product and not buying this product.

No nonsense purchase. Believe this is genuine beeswax.
I wasn't sure this was genuine beeswax at first, but I believe it is now. Highly recommend. I read up on candle making. Molds, presses, etc. Oh my. I looked at the molds on here, on other sites, on the crafty idea sites. Oh my. No. No, no, no. I am not that kind of girl. I will not double-burner anything, much less wax. Too expensive. Too much mess. I wanted an easy, mess free candle. Guess what? Bell's 8 oz jelly jar isn't tempered, but it's designed to manage pressure canning temps. I bought #2 square-weave wick. None of those tin tabs needed. Cut an appropriate length of wax, primed with ~2 tsps. melted wax. Stiffened wick held its form while I poured in these beeswax pebbles around it. Poured a thin layer, melted it a little over another candle. A lighter would also work. Poured the rest of the pebbles in while holding the wick straight. DONE. It took fewer than 5 minutes. It's really pretty to see the pebbles in the lower half of the jar. Some of the pebbling is illuminated through the sides of the jar. I keep refilling my candle with a few tablespoons of of the pebbles in the middle of a burn so the wick is taking weeks to burn down. There's a slight sweet scent that I don't mind as it doesn't fill the room. Great purchase. Will rebuy from this seller.

Used when making fire starters for camp fires.
I use this for making fire starter plugs when camping. It is a bit pricey but then, all the wax is so no issue there.
