My family really likes this because it works great. No need to have water and wait for the tablet to dissolve.Easy to keep in purse,car and available when you need it but best of all it works fast. They took it off the market a while back and we bought whatever we could find. Now its back and better than ever.

I never thought to include heartburn gum in a gift basket for an expecting mom, but now that I've walked the road, it is an essential. In the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy, after battling with the worst heartburn and acid reflux since the end of the 2nd trimester, i found these Alka-Seltzer gums, and i am so happy i bought it. I went from no sleep at night when my heartburn and reflux was the worst, to several hours of undisturbed sleep. Pros: 1. They taste minty, but not overpowering. 2. The value for your money is great, as it comes with several sleeves and you don't need to eat many to see results. 3. The ingredients are safe and easy to digest for pregnant women who are so very vulnerable. Cons: 1. Perhaps some would agrue that when you first bite into it there is a bit of an ashy taste that you have to get through. It didn't bother me much, as it didn't leave an aftertaste and was the only product that was able to calm my volcanic stomach acids. I highly recommend!!

This stuff really does work. I used to use Chooz, but they're not currently being manufactured. Alka Seltzer Gum is more powerful than Chooz was (higher dose of Calcium Carbonate) , and it soothes the burning of heartburn and acid reflux, so I'm grateful to have it. It's very expensive, though, and--unfortunately--the seller shipped my box in an envelope! It arrived badly damaged and some of the foil backed capsules were open, so the gum is stale. At .30 cents per piece, I'd have hoped for more careful shipping. (Wish I could buy it locally instead.)

Hands down the best heartburn relief on the market.

I love this Alka-seltzer gum. It went away for awhile. Pricy but I would buy it again and again. Especially if you don’t want to take straight Alka-seltzer , this is for you.
