I love this little freezer, we camp and camper freezers are notorious for not keeping ice cream frozen. We keep it on a table outside the camper. This little guy is full of nutty buddys and works great 😃

Product is perfect,, however package got sent to wrong address and caused little discouragement...

So far this freezer is performing well. Has not iced up much. I've had the smaller freezers before. This one offers a bit more room. I've seen comments that it's noisy. I've not noticed it much. I more often hear my refrigerator than this freezer. I noticed when I was getting in place, the closer to the wall that I had it positioned, the louder it was... so I followed the instructions that it should have at least 4" space all the way around. I've noticed my electric bill has gone up $10/mo, but I have an electric stove & oven & have used the oven more the past couple of months. We may also have had a rate increase, so it may not entirely be due to the freezer.

Excellent freezer - works great and we can barely hear it when it's running. It arrived very well packaged and was scratch & dent free. Its size was exactly as described, and it fits perfectly in the space under my kitchen counter.

This is a decent freezer from notable Chinese manufacturer of ice makers. It's astatically pleasing and sturdy. It works as intended and at setting 3 freezes all products very well. However it is not frost free. Frost free appliances regulate temperature to prevent ice build-up. Automatic and adaptive defrost systems prevent and remove ice build-up by circulating heat as needed; automatic systems typically run on a timer while adaptive systems use sensors to determine when to circulate the heat. 11/5/20 Update, the manufacturer was responsive to my comments and contacted me to suggest ways to improve the performance and reduce frosting. At this point my freezer is full and based on recommendations frosting has been reduced. I would purchase this freezer again, as it is not only a solid freezer but the follow-up customer service is impressive.

Within three hours it's already creating ice all over that the door won't shut. All day and all night you hear popping noises like someone just popped a balloon I've tried different temperature settings but it's not working. I tried to reach out for support but they give you a fake website support button to push and it doesn't open anything. Your only option left is to get a call from them and when you read how much data and information of yours goes to them you wouldn't wanna do it either

Despite 'suggesting' that it's frost-free, it is NOT frost free! If you don't open and close the door very often you won't build up much ice, but if the purpose is to keep things frozen in a small freezer for short periods of time, not sure it's worth it. I'm disappointed that you're kind of misled into thinking it's frost free in the ads. An annoying thing is it clicks a lot, which is supposedly the thermostat. Overall, the unit is quiet. I've had it for three months and it does keep things frozen quite well. If you're looking for a low priced mini freezer, this is worth the money. Just be prepared to defrost it if it's going to be in a humid area.
