Great Seller, functional, strong and nice looking.
We bought 3 130 gal deck boxes in gray. These are heavy duty boxes, not the typical thin lid cheap ones. One of the boxes arrived barely taped, which I blame the delivery service. It was missing the hardware. I got on their website and wrote a simple email to them and got the hardware replaced within 4 days. Good seller! Overall, we really like these big roomy and strong boxes. They look good, easy to put together, and can hold quite a few cushions, pool gear etc. These are a BUY!

I recommend this deck box
Just finished assembling this deck box and it was better and easier than I expected. The instructions were pretty clear.I did it on my own, 5’8” 150 pound mom, and the few issues I had were with initial set up attaching the two long sides to the base. Tabs slip together and then you slide the panels to lock them in place. I could have used someone else to push the panel down while I slid, but after some awkward positioning I managed. The very last step was also tricky because the bolts are pretty snug to the panel making it difficult to fit a wrench and tighten, swearing I managed to get it done. I did open up the holes in the plastic lip and slammed the bolt in with a wrench and a rubber mallet. That was satisfying and worked.I have read reviews of SO many of these deck boxes and It was a difficult choice. They are all fairly unattractive and plastic. Not a fan, however, this seemed to have the best track record for keeping things dry, for ample storage space, and durability. We’ll see how it goes but so far, looks pretty good.I also purchased UV protection spray because a review I read suggested it would increase the life of the box. Don’t love a bottle of chemicals but I also don’t love throwing a huge chunk of plastic into the landfill because I didn’t take care of it.I recommend this deck box. I use it for cushions and it really does fit a lot. I got the grey one and the color works with my aged cedar shingles better than the brown would have.Good luck.:)

Great Deck Box - Takes a lot of time to assemble, missing screw holes
This is a great sturdy deck box and it stores a lot of seat cushions (we can store all of our 14 cushions of various sizes in the box) for our outdoor furniture, which is what we use it for. It did take about 2 1/2 hours to assemble when it should have taken approximately 45 minutes to do so. The back and front panels took excessive force with a rubber mallet (and two people involved) to push them into the locking positions on the base (it takes a lot more force than the Lifetime YouTube video which shows it done with a couple shoves of the foot - we found it took more forceful, careful pounding with a rubber mallet; but be careful not to damage the locking slots on the base for the front and back panels). There are a number of screw holes missing from the roto molding process by the factory, so be prepared to have and use a socket wrench set, ratchet screwdriver, and cordless drill with socket/phillips/slot screw attachments to create the holes in the four sides, so it can be assembled with the provided screws. The gas cylinders for the hinge assemblies are a nice touch, but we could not get these on tight, so they do work fine but we had to be satisfied with them attached to the bracket somewhat loosely. We like the deck box, it’s sturdy and should last and keep moisture out, just wish the Chinese factory that Lifetime uses had made real “lined up” holes for the screws to go into. I think if this were made in a USA roto mold factory, it likely would have had the holes for the screws. This is yet another example of the Chinese production process making assembly unnecessarily difficult for Americans and the rest of the world.

Made in the USA
We have bought multiple deck boxes and none have lasted over 2 years. They all end up baked by the Colorado sun. This deck box is well made, in the USA, and is very sturdy. It is very easy to build as long as you pay attention to the instructions. It fits all of my patio furniture cushions and my sun shades with extra room.

Don't Buy This Deck Box
My fault, you get what you pay for. First, could not understand why the gray was $40 less than the white? Deck box, who needs white, gets dirty/moldy. Box came early, nice. Box #3 for me. Hurricanes took first two, again, my fault. Unpacked box, everything there. Followed directions and that's where problem started. Base, side #1, easy. Side #2. Tabs were not long enough to go thru base, had to flip over and use screwdriver to push tabs through base, not horrible. Now the fun begins. Unless you are a certified mechanic, none and I mean none of the hardware gives you enough room between the screw and plastic to get any kind of tool on it. Socket set, screwdriver, open end wrench, etc. The tool that was needed, needle nose vice grips. All screws are shorter than needed making it virtually impossible to put box together or get tool on head of hardware. 3 hour job. Then, A gust of wind(10mph) came thru and almost blew box in the water. I have a boat, am a Charter Captain, do all my own maintenance. It is easier to change oil on my boat in Kayak then put this box together. Stay away! Not sure if the $40 white box would of been easier? Will never know. "Lifetime Box" my a$#!

Tough storage. Exactly what we needed
This is exactly what I was looking for. Its hold all of our pool toys and floats. I had purchased and then returned another for its flimsy material but this is sturdy, and tough. It does what we need it to do and looks nice as well. It was easy to assemble as well
