ChefAide Set of 8 Magnetic Measuring Spoons, Stainless Steel, Dual Sided

I’m really happy with these stainless steel magnetic measuring spoons. The set includes a good range of sizes, and the measurements are easy to read. I especially like the magnetic design because the spoons stay together neatly instead of getting scattered in the kitchen drawer. The stainless steel feels sturdy and well made, and they’re easy to clean after use. The handles are comfortable to hold, and the overall design feels practical for everyday cooking and baking. I also like that the set doesn’t take up much space. These are a simple but very useful kitchen tool. Good quality, lightweight but sturdy, has 2 different shapes each spoon, convenient to use and store. It is exactly what I was looking for.

This review is for the "Set of 7," on which the measurement markings are engraved and do not wash off. The other "Set of 8" options on this listing are not engraved, the measurement markings appear to be printed on the magnetic portion, and the markings apparently wash off easily. I like that these are a good longer size and that they have both a rounded side and a rectangular side to more easily fit into most spice jars. I like that these are engraved with the measurements rather than printed, and that the font is not a tiny size. I like that these are magnetized; it makes for convenient and space-saving storage. These are not flimsy, the metal does not bend or warp thus far, though I haven't used them for anything heavy or dense. The plastic magnetized sections are randomized colors, and the magnets help with keeping these organized and space-saving for storage. Thus far these spoons have not rusted, but I have only hand-washed them. They do not seem inclined to do so, however, which is a credit to the company for not using inferior metal materials. I bought two different sets at the same time to replace broken plastic sets, and thus far I have liked both. This particular set is slightly larger and has a rectangular side and a round side of each measurement, so it's nice to not have to wash as often in between uses for different ingredients when cooking. However, these do take up a little more space, so some may find fault with them for that reason. For my needs I like having both the smaller set I purchased and this set to save on the washing in between ingredients. I've had these for a few months now and thus far I have only seen small water spots on these if you don't dry them quickly and that's about the worst thing I could say. A great buy overall and would make a nice gift for a housewarming or cooking enthusiast.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was exactly what I was looking for. In my house we have a problem with the spoons on the rings because they get taken off the ring and never get put back on. Then you are stuck digging for the one that you need and sometimes you can’t find it. It was super annoying. The magnets make it easy to just pop the spoons back into place, which my husband would never do with the ring. It took too much time and effort. Also, the two different sides makes it easy to use the same size for dry and wet. No more needing to wash and dry the spoons off because you have two of the same one! The oval side also fits into my spice jars. None of the other sets I’ve tried have fit. Win win! The stacking design creates so much more room in the drawer. Love these! Quality: Great quality! Very thick and durable Measuring spoons: Two different sides and shapes makes for easy use Space saving: Stacking rather than spread out saves so much room. Takes little effort to keep them stacked because of the built in magnets Value for money: These are similar in price to other sets I have purchased. They are actually cheaper and better quality than what used to be my favorite set. Design: I love the two different shapes. It makes it easy to put into spice jars making less mess of trying to pour into a tiny spoon that doesn’t fit.

I just replaced an old set of measuring spoons with the ChefAide set. What a difference! What I love: magnetic and stackable - organizes them so they won’t get lost. 2 spoons on each end - measure 2 ingredients before having to rinse the spoons. Yes- they are easy to clean. The leveler - helps to get an accurate measurement. These spoons are heavy metal and feels professional. They are economical and cute (Colors). Get them today. You won’t regret it.

I love how durable these stainless steel measuring spoons are and it helps that they’re magnetic! They’re color coded and labeled clearly, making it so easy to find the one I need to use for cooking, baking or taking liquid supplements. They beat the plastic ones any day! I highly recommend getting them, especially if you’re looking to make a switch to more sustainable materials. The price is also great!

These are very heavy duty, well made measuring spoons . They are also magnetic if you have a place to put them up . I put mine in my utensil drawer and they sorta of attach themselves to other items . But I do appreciate the quality and the price was very reasonable .

I really like the narrow and wide options. They'll fit into smaller spice jars, or larger spices and seasonings on the round end. The only thing I'd change is to add a 2T spoon. The magnets are strong enough to stay together as a set, but not too strong that they all aren't easily separated. Marking plates are plastic and lightly heat printed, so if you bake and cook a lot, you might want to look at a metal-stamped set instead. I've been in the kitchen long enough to eyeball the sizes to know which one I need, so that way of making won't hinder me - it might for new cooks though. The plastic markers are also loose, so there's a high probability that these will break with continued use, but again, the magnet is neat, but not crucial to usage - you'll loose the size of the spoon and the magnet of they break. Sizes are true for measurements.

Wow. I love these darn things. Thought they might be overkill at first since I do have very pretty decorative set but these spoons are way better. I like the narrow end since they are easier when going into a jar or narrow container. Having two sides is better if one side has already been used for the same measurement of something else. The leveler is good too. No fiddling with spoons on a ring. I keep the ones I use most together cuz they are magnetic. An excellent value as well. Where have these been all my life. Reward yourself if you bake or cook at all.

The product they sent is NOT the one displayed or described: the text is in the colored plastic part (which will erode over time), NOT engraved in the metal. Also, the edges are sharp and rough and of really poor quality, and the items look worn as if used... Such a disappointment! I can't recommend this item at all.
