New design - now useless
Like many people I have been using these for years, they hold the nostrils open and stay on all night, if anything they stick too well. Not now, the rigid strip has gone and they fall off after about 10 minutes, not sure if they are fake or they are a new design. They actually look just like a plaster now and behave like one. The photo on the left shows the one I normally buy, the spine is clearly visible, the one on the right is the new and NOT improved version, but I dare say cheaper to make. If they are not fake and are a new design that's a bad move.

Breathe Right quality fell off a cliff
They used to be so good and would help me sleep at night, but as other reviewers have noted, something has changed in 2026 and the quality of the product has plummeted.

Cost cutting has ruined these!!!
I’ve used these for several years but the last 2 boxes have been different. They’re not as thick/strong as they used to be so don’t open the nasal passage as much and they are not as sticky as they used to be either. The material has changed and they feel as though they are peeling away as soon as I put them on (and I apply them as per the instructions). They used to be great but now they feel like a really poor/fake version. I’ve tried alternatives in the past but nothing compared to breathe right but I’ll be looking at different brands going forward because the company’s cost cutting exercise has ruined what was a great product and they were never exactly cheap anyway! You’ve lost a long time customer.

Save yourself time, don’t bother
Previously brought the transparent ones from boots, were excellent, opened airways, felt naturally and didn’t hurt. I thought okay let’s try a pack with more in there albeit different top material , wow…. Feels like a wax strip When taking it off, adhesive stuck on skin until you wash it off, does not open airways, I wish companies like this would be investigated, I will never buy from this company again.

Not sticking yo skin
My dad has used this item for many years without a problem. However, this particular pack are not sticking to the skin and are no good. I am unable to send them back so have now lost the money he paid for them. Also, it doesn't allow me to contact the seller.

Poor quality substitute provided
The first order I placed was great, but when I repeated my order I got a very cheap version of what I previously received. It did not work at all and was a complete waste of money!

Sticky
It does the job although doesn’t help a lot for me. Negative is the glue going to stay on your nose after removing, also makes you have a acne on your nose. Happened twice

Doesn't work, waste of money
I bought large size, because I didn't see that it said 75 per cent of adults need small/medium. Not sure another size would be any better either to be honest. Complete scam product.

Endlich frei durchatmen – hätte ich früher probieren sollen!
Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass so ein simpler Nasenstreifen so viel Unterschied machen kann. Ich benutze die Breathe Right Nasenstreifen jetzt seit einigen Wochen, vor allem nachts und bei intensiven Läufen – und bin absolut begeistert. Beim Schlafen atme ich viel freier durch die Nase, was mir spürbar besseren und tieferen Schlaf bringt. Gerade in Zeiten mit leicht verstopfter Nase oder Allergieproblemen sind sie ein Gamechanger. Auch beim Laufen helfen sie mir, gleichmäßiger zu atmen, was die Leistung unterstützt. Der Sitz ist angenehm und sie halten die ganze Nacht bzw. das ganze Training über zuverlässig. Kein unangenehmes Gefühl auf der Haut, und das Abziehen ist schmerzfrei. Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber für mich haben sie sich absolut gelohnt. Klare Empfehlung – werde ich definitiv nachkaufen!

Die besten Nasenstrips derzeit auf dem Markt! Die Haltekraft ist unschlagbar (kann man den ganzen Tag tragen!). Preislich sind sie eingeordnet wie ihre Mitbewerber und könnten etwas günstiger sein, aber ansonsten tun sie, was sie versprechen. Eine durchsichtige Variante in der Größe „groß“ wäre noch besser.
