Have ordered this popcorn multiple times. It's not fancy-dancy with lots of tasty additives, however makes a good snack for folks concerned with weight management, a heart-healthy DASH diet, as well as grappling with a variety of health issues. This popcorn has a low-moderate glycemic Index, meaning it's digested slowly & helps prevent blood sugar spikes. It's high in fiber, meaning that it slows down the absorption of carbohydrates into the bloodstream. & it's a good choice if watching sodium intake.

4 stars cos there are too many of the loose flat kernel things in a bag...makes me cough as they don't chew up. Taste tho is spot on yummy, and these are fresh too, with the size overall being normal for popcorn. The quality is nice and consistent, but I wish the extra kernel parts weren't included, even though they're unavoidable. The wee bags will not fill you up, but are perfectly portioned. To mean if you want something to munch on to take the edge off being hungry, then you will get hangry lol

Skinny pop Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks. The popcorn always tastes fresh and has a light, taste. While the Original flavor is simple, it pairs well with other snacks and never gets boring. The taste is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of salt, making it surprisingly addictive without feeling too heavy. The bag size offers good value for the price, and it’s easy to share with family or enjoy throughout the week. Overall, it’s a delicious, fresh snack that’s worth keeping stocked in the pantry… One of the bags arrived open but that’s ok it likely happened during shipping or handling. Overall I Definitely recommend. 👍🏾
