eSUN Carbon Fiber Filled Nylon PA-CF 3D Printing Filament 1KG, Natural | 1.75mm 3D Printer Filament, Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.05mm, 1KG Spool(2.2 LBS)

I recently tried the eSUN Nylon Filament for my 3D printing projects, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. First off, the quality of the filament is solid. It has a nice, consistent diameter of 1.75mm, which made it easy to load into my printer without any issues.One of the standout features for me has been the strength and flexibility of the prints. I've used this filament to create functional parts, and they’ve held up really well under stress. It’s great to see that the prints can withstand some bending without breaking.Another aspect worth mentioning is the layer adhesion. The prints come out looking smooth, and the layers bond nicely, which is a huge plus for durability. I did have to tweak my settings a bit to get the best results, especially with the print temperature, but nothing too complicated.However, I found that it can be somewhat challenging to print with in terms of warping, so I would recommend using a heated bed if possible. Also, make sure to keep the filament dry; nylon tends to absorb moisture, which can affect the print quality.Overall, I think the eSUN Nylon Filament is a great option if you need strong, reliable prints. Just keep an eye on your printer settings and environment, and you should be good to go!

This was my first try of light weight PLA and am very pleased with how well prints with this turn out.Layer lines are virtually invisible, prints are strong with no layer delamination and prints are very light.It has more of a foam like feel and texture so would not be any use for projects requiring high strength but is ideal for model aircraft.I used it to print a EDF RC jet for a friend and it turned out great.There was some stringing on the internal structure but this was probably due to my settings not being fine tuned rather than a deficiency in the product.As mentioned this is the only Light weight PLA I have used, but becuase I had no problems and had good prints I have no reason to change to another make.I will buy more of this when I need it, but after printing an entire model with this spool I still have over half left for other projects.So yes it is more expensive than normal PLA but it is half the weight and goes twice as far. It's ideal for model aircraft and other projects requiring a light weight.

This is some great foaming pla, printed very easy for me on my bambu using regular pla profile slowed down to 80mm/s nice lightweight parts produced, BUT I found the finished product to be much too brittle for larger scale RC planes, but this is purely on my experience printing a foxbat and f15. I can see this being excellent for simple planes and gliders, but I needed something with a little more strength but deffo worth a go. Would buy again but not for my current project. I've found the colorfabb lw pla the best and strongest for my needs, but that's just me

I have big problems with this Nylon) Endless fight) Yes I understand that Nylon in general is very difficult material to print, but maaaan))) I tried ~20 prints and only one resulted in almost success. Works with lower flow rates about 70-80% out of your printer regular settings, keep this in mind guys who has same experience. Requires precise temperature, for me worked bed temp 110 a d nozzle at 255, at 260 it start frying at 250 it gets clogged) Don't even think about buying this fillament if you don't have an enclosure for you printer. Only one adhesive from Primafix helped to keep the model sticked to the build plate. Just bought a black carbon fiber filled Nylon from Esun, will cehck how it does in next days, I've seen a lot of good reviews and results with black Nylon. I don't know how else to describe it))) one thing for sure, prints are very strong, really strong. Happy 3D printing to everyone.Second review for second product, can't separate them since both filaments are under same page. So next reply is about Carbon Fiber NylonApproved! This filament is fantastic in comparison to the clear Nylon. Print speed 50mm/s, extrussion rate 83%, adhesive Primafix, glass bed temp 110, nozzle temp 255, fan at 0(zero). I am super happy with results of black CF-Nylon, I can really recomend this filament, printing is much easier than Clear Nylon. I have a lot of ideas what to print with it, really strong prints! In my opinion you have to exclude printing kitchen stuff with it since it's filled with carbon micro fibres, you can slightly feel them when holding the printed objects. Will change the rating to 4 stars only because of bad experience with Clear Nylon.

Currently building a 3d printed plane with this stuff. Tuned in the settings, with some help online, and the print quality has been superb. The plane is nearly complete and I've used so little. This will be my go to for future projects.

The spool arrived and looked okay from first glance. I usually transfer the ESUN filament to a Bambu spool. BUT they've changed the core diameter so you can no longer rip the cardboard sides off and transfer over. SO, I used a spool winder which is something I've done lots of times.Halfway through the transfer the spool was really, REALLY badly wound (i.e. it would not have been any good in a machine like this) and jammed. This snapped the filament and now I've got about 50% of the spool sitting there.I'e bought plenty of ESUN filament in the past but I think this is the last. Shocking quality and there are plenty of other options out there. £20 down the drain, don't waste your time or money.

Nice fillament consistent thickness and easy to print with

I'm new to 3D printing so this was a bit of a learning curve, my printer isn't in the best location so suffers from cold ambient temperatures so I have to pre heat my enclosure with a fan heater to lift the temperature up to approx 30deg(c)....I've also changed some of the default settings to get better layer adhesion like how many walls, infill % and pattern and also making sure the cooling fans are off! There is alot of useful advice on YouTube but with the new tweaks I'm having far better results.

Usato con stupore, essiccato ovviamente all’arrivo. Stampato con parametri standard generici ASA con Bambulab x2D con Ams2pro senza alcun problema! Risultato estetico ottimo, usato la colla stick sul pei plate per facilitarne la rimozione!!! Ottimo lo comprerò di sicuro nuovamente!
