My boyfriend's head is huge. 3xl hats often won't fit him. it's about 25" in circumference. will this fit without overly compressing his head?

Does this cap have 360° of cooling gel? I need temples-to-behind-ears cold therapy for migraines. Ear gaps are no bueno.

There's barely a gap. The seem where it's sewn is really well placed and gel goes right to edge. When I wear mine, I can't tell There's that minimal gap, because the edges seem to butt up real close. I feel the cold all around perfectly. It's real cold when you first put it on. It feels just like a hat, a heavy one at that. Also, too cold on the eyes if put on too soon from the freezer. Maybe put a cloth napkin over your eyes then the mask. Your temples and ears will get very cold. You can wait a minute or 2 before putting it on and it won't be so shocking, or just straight away. In a minute your body will get used to it. Cold will last a good 20 minutes.
