Love this stuff in my coffee every morning. Keeps me regular while on glp. Very expensive and is definitely not one months worth. I measured and most I get is 3 weeks. Taste is gooc and it mixes into coffee well. Much better value when on sale.

This stuff is crazy. First of all it is sweet chocolate - I wasn’t expecting it to be sweetened. I think it is with stevia. It’s enjoyable to drink if you like a chocolate sweet treat. Now to the outcome, the result is almost like I took colace or similar. Very dramatically easy going. I have been out of sorts with my digestion this summer and was looking for help when I bought this. Today I feel very light and supposedly this type of fiber is really helpful for your gut health. Interested to see how this goes longer term.

First time trying this product and so far so good! Adds a great boost of fiber in the day and the taste is just like chocolate milk and not very sweet!

I ordered the chocolate and love the flavor! It isn't chalky, dry or oversweet like protein power can be. I mix it with cool water in the morning and use my frother wand to mix or add to my smoothie. Love this fiber option!
