I think it’s helping. It’s been 3 weeks and a lot more energy yet I’m also on a new hormone regimen so don’t know what is helping. I’d give it a try. I’m 67 and don’t plan on returning to NAD injectables any time soon.

Good quality supplement
I’ve been looking for a high-quality NAD+ supplement to help with "brain fog" and the general mid-afternoon slump I usually hit around 3 PM. After researching different potencies, I decided to try this formula. About a week into taking it consistently, I noticed I wasn't reaching for a third cup of coffee. My focus during work hours feels much more sustained. Also this extra-strength concentration is a great value for the price point. Great packaging and clear labeling of ingredients. No side effects, no weird aftertaste. Haven’t seen significant improvements in skin, but the effectiveness in my clarity is enough to keep taking.

Hells with brain fog ! Over all symptoms due to menopause
Ok so I’m in menopause and I’ve tried a lot of supplements and this is by far one of the good ones it is helping with menopause symptoms! Especially with brain fog , energy and helped a little bit with the hot flashes as well! The NAD basically helps rejuvenate our cells, particularly in the brain! I’ve seen a lot of improvement since taking these! There is also a great value for your money!
