I love this brand
I like this supplement. I tried another brand and I didn’t feel it was helpful at all so I came back to this brand. My mood is better on this supplement and my body/bone pain is milder. The pill is small and easy to take. I star off because the price is higher than similar brands but this is a good brand for which I see results.

Too much of a "good thing" IS NOT GOOD.
Great supplement when or if you need a K2-D3 (vitamin K2 & vitamin D3) vitamin. Kerp in mind I had to switch products that offered a vitamin supplement that ONLY HAD K1, K2 & K3 (yes there are actually 3 types of K Vitamins out there in one geltab). Because my multi-vitamin had vitamin D3 in it already. Taking too much of the D3 supplement, since it is NOT a vitamin that quickly digests throughout the body like vitamin C within a day's time.
