I have been using these for 3 years and I love the program

This camera exceeded my expectations! The video quality is super clear, both during the day and at night. Installation was quick and easy, and the connection has been very stable. The mobile app is intuitive and sends real-time alerts whenever motion is detected. Great value for the price—I feel much safer with it monitoring my home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable security camera!

I purchased this over a month ago and just started to set it up yesterday. After letting it charge overnight I tried to set up the unit but it won’t setup. It will go as far as getting a slow flashing blue light but won’t completely setup. I contacted Noorio and they had me over thru my setup and it still doesn’t work. I filled out a report with them but never heard back. Waste of time and money! 3/5/26 the company contacted me via email advising me that they wanted to send me a new upgraded 200 camera due to the poor experience of the 200se. While I appreciate the offer, I already purchased a camera from another supplier which seems to be working well. So, I’ll decline their offer but thank them for their response

Cameras are easy to install, battery lasts over 3 months. Sometimes receive alert but nothing recorded.

The 1st time I ordered in this product was in 2024, and it was perfect. But Now its 2026 and the product has changed a bit. There delays on recording, were it only shows the last piece of an object passing by. There is also a big delay on watching videos, and even opening the camera live. Theres no way to set a different alarm sound for alerts, from the normal phone alerts. And my biggest complaint is CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER for this product. They will never call you back, you will have to call them. Minor issuse such as refunds, transferring your subscription, and even getting someone on the phone for that matter is a big problem. Everytime I call, I received next day service, questions I've already answered with a previous rep, and answer that could have been clearly answered the 1st time I called. Its alot of run around. Im on week 2 with an issuse as small as moving my subscription from my old camera to the new one. I will never recommend this camera to anyone. After my yearly subscription is over, or my refund is final(whatever they can eventually do 1st) Im discontining this camera. It was perfect in 2024, not sure what happened and im sad the old one broke. But Im done.

Cameras are okay but the app needs some work. Tech support is terrible. It really is a toss-up. Would I buy these again, no. If they were the only cameras available I could deal with it. But don't expect anything from tech support.

The installation is simple if you follow the instructions. I found there is a delay in picking up the subject moving but it fits my intention of use. The WiFi works very well The light beam is enough to startle anyone or anything. I installed the in front and on my lanai

Ordine arrivato come sempre nei termini, l’istallazione è stata molto semplice, si è subito collegata alla rete Wi-Fi, caricata e messa fuori al balcone, l’ho presa per monitorare le piante quando non ci sono, mi è bastato appoggiarla su uno sportello di metallo. La presa è molto salda. Le immagini sono buone, anche di notte senza luce. Si può attivare la rilevazione di movimenti “umani” e funziona bene. Per il momento, quindi, sono soddisfatta dell’acquisto. Anche esteticamente è molto carina.

This ‘camera’ is a joke. It mainly works as an electronic viewing lens and even then half the time it doesn’t work. When you click on the live view often it says there’s an error and you can’t access the live feed. The camera will “record” but then when you click on the recording taken it says there was an issue and give you an option to report the error which does nothing. The battery even with most of the settings off only lasts 2 weeks. Complete waste of money I don’t think this can even classify as a security camera. Returned.
