Carroten Gold Shimmer Tanning Gel, Browning Tan Accelerator, 5 oz + Spatula

Love this stuff! It's super moisturizing and works amazing for a nice dark tan. Just be careful putting it on because it is super dark and will get on your bathing suit/clothes. It does come out in the wash if you do get it on something. My mom used it and got a lot on her white bathing suit top, it didn't come out when she went swimming in the pool bur it did come right out in the wash. It's super think but also has an oil base, that oil will stay on your skin all day. Even if you are in the water for hours, you will still feel the product on your skin.

Only have to be tanning for 10 minutes and will be darker instantly. A little bit goes a long way. Not sticky, no weird smell. And on the bright side, you do shimmer, so perfect for beach days to look cute.

As an individual with a pale completion that burns easily, I have been working on building a bit of a tan. This stuff smells amazing, shimmers and makes you look tan, while helping you develop a tan. I only use it for short periods of time because I don’t want to burn. I’m really pleased and will purchase again!

Does it work yes, but not as well as the viral videos have shown. There is a bronzing effect but it's not like after 1 use you look like you live in your pool (and I did live in my pool this summer). Also really didn't care for the small. Also had to keep indoors so it didn't turn to straight liquid so keep that in mind.

I’ve ordered this product several times before and loved it. Works excellent to help deliver a deep tan for those who struggle to achieve the tan they want. However, this past time I ordered the product the consistency seemed more gel like than usual and does not seem to work as well. Also the wooden spatula that I paid extra for was missing. Disappointed on this last order and hoping Carroten can make it right.

Wear dark swim suits, it will stain a bit on light colors. Leaving the product in the sun for a few minutes makes the gel easier to spread. As a blond fair skin guy, it adds great shimmer at the pool or beach and helps create a golden bronze effect. Apply sunscreen after you apply the gel.

As someone who does not tan—I beige—I approached Carroten Golden Shimmer Tanning Gel with cautious optimism. Some people turn bronze. Some people turn golden. I turn… slightly darker printer paper. HOWEVER. This product gave me exactly what nature refused to provide: confidence and sparkles. Did I become a deep Mediterranean goddess? No. Did I become a lightly toasted, shimmering potato with excellent self-esteem? Absolutely. The shimmer distracts people from asking whether I actually got tan or just stood near someone who did. 10/10.
