This is very powerful stuff!! I suggest taking only a half of one pill when starting,in order to get used to the effects. I actually took the prescribed dose in the beginning and I ended up not sleeping,heart palpitations ,nausea, headaches, but I masturbated 7 times in one day, I guess that was the bonus. I personally still recommend this product, just be careful with the dose.

I read the reviews and thought the claims were just "Bots" typing to sell the product. This product does work and it is extremely potent. You will feel hot in areas such as your head, feet and arms. Your heart will race and you must take it with food. I opened the pill and took the contents directly (because i wanted it to work faster) waited 15 mins jumped in the shower then straight to the bedroom. BIG MISTAKE. I had to stop multiple times during my session because my heart felt like it was gonna explode. What I had to do was drink water and control my breathing to slow down my heart rate. It did keep me aroused throughout the night. DO NOT TAKE THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE. (2 pills at once) So yes it does work just be careful.

I am giving it five stars because this stuff is extremely potent. You will definitely feel it working about 15 minutes after taking it. Unfortunately for me, it is too strong to bare. I could not handle the jittery feeling, the increased body heat, blood shot eyes, and the upset stomach that came with ONLY ONE DOSE ( 2 capsules).

I am 48 years old and I wrote 6000 m four times a week on top of that. I go to the gym with a trainer now for over nine years. I am no athlete but I am in fairly good shape. I took two pills as prescribed on the bottle. I thought I was going to die literally. The effects this had on me negatively lasted for over two days with headaches and shaking uncontrollably, increased heart rate, and the feeling of helplessness and possible heart attack. I am not joking I am not upset. I have no agenda except the truth that this is the worst thing that anyone can take especially two capsules . I would never buy this again and think this is a terrible product and I am shocked that they are still still in business and selling on Amazon .

I tried it and based on reviews. It's pretty strong stuff. I haven't worked up the courage to try a full capsule. I'm using a different brand that I don't feel any effects from it as compared to the one.

I’m going to give a real assessment! Because I used to take the Real NYC yohimbe in the white and red 4 pack back in the day like 1996 that was like $1-1.50 something like that! That was some very very powerful stuff! Yeah I’m older now and just took it and noticed it’s not as strong as the good stuff I was used to and really couldn’t get the same results and or dosage that was available at the corner store! So I stopped looking for the supplement for over 15-20 years now! I know the effects it should have but it’s slightly weaker! Being 48 vs. 19-22 years old back then I would feel a surge of intense cardio vascular stimulation! I do feel it just not as potent I would with the corner store but it is better than the supplements years in between searching for that “OCTANE” if you will! Better than most out here! However just got it just took it, I’ll give it a couple of days and might update my review! Stay tuned!

My advice? Take half of the suggested dosage or even open the caplets to take even less. It had a delayed effect because I took one pill at 11AM but my heart didn't start pounding until 6-7PM and it lasted until 6AM. I could fall asleep but I would wake up with a pounding heart and painfully hard morning wood. It really keeps you erect once you're erect but if you can't get hard for emotional reasons then it won't help you. Unless you plan on lowering the dosage, don't take it if you want to sleep throughout the night. But it does what people say it does and on that basis I recommend. Do not take it if you have heart problems.
