Dr Teal's Arnica Body Relief Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak with Menthol & Essential Oils, Muscle Recovery, 3 lbs

LOVE this product. I use 5x a week after work and wanted something that had a natural ingredient to help with muscle aches and soreness after being on my feet for 6-8 hours and walking close to 20,000 steps in one shift. It also is a little moisturizing which I appreciate because I have slightly hard water. Moisturizing but does not leave you greasy because I wash my hair in the same water. I have on Amazon Subscription :) Scent is mild and relaxing.

This is my absolute favorite Epsom salt! I use Epsom salt in my bath at least twice a week, and this one has become my go-to. After soaking for about 30 minutes, I find that it helps ease the discomfort and tension in my hips and legs, relaxes my body, and makes it easier for me to settle down and fall asleep. I was also pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing it feels. My skin feels soft after soaking instead of dry like it can with some bath products. I usually add about a cup and a half to my bath, although I don’t actually measure it. I just add a few scoops or pour some directly into the water and swish it around until it dissolves. It couldn’t be easier. It may cost a little more than some other options, but for me, it is absolutely worth the price. I will definitely continue buying it!

This is an essential for me! Love the Dr. teals brand! Smell smells amazing leave skin feeling nice, soft and moisturized Seems to help me get to sleep and improve my overall night of rest! The Arnica is a huge plus, helps relieve those sore and aching joints and muscles and relieve inflammation👍👌🙂 now whether it’s placebo or not I’m not sure all I know is that I feel great after a nice soak with this stuff

I love Dr Teal products! This one did not disappoint at all. The fragrance is soothing and refreshing. This product does indeed aid in reducing soreness and helps the body return to normal function. I had injured my finger, and it had begun to swell and become painful. I soaked my hand in Dr Teal's Arnica Body Relief Epsom Salt, which abated the soreness and helped my injured finger begin to recover. My skin became smooth and moist. It relieved my hand of the excessive dryness! I can only imagine how great this would feel soaking my entire body!! This is a spa in a bag!

Great for someone with a bad back taking a bath!!! it smells amazing ! It’s a good value for the money.

I am a Dr. teal’s connessieur. I also run my own bath t business and love to use Teal’s as an ingredient. After seeing how popular this arnica one is for pain relief, I had to try it. I do not liek menthol in my baths. It also has eucalyptus oil in it which is fine and nice. But the scent is "too medicinal" for me. Currently in tub with it now… maybe 10 min so far. I hope it’s easing muscles and joints but not sure. My absolute favorite is lavender chamomile with melatonin. Gorgeous scent and the melatonin really works! I get so physically relaxed! Other favorite: the shea butter and a sweet almond oil with a sandalwood fragrance is a perennial favorite. So soothing. Third place: a tie between the Citrus one and tje Rosemary Mint. But this arnica? Pass next time.

My husband and I are big fans of Dr Teal’s products, but he especially loves this Epsom salt. The scent is wonderful and makes the whole bathroom smell relaxing and spa-like while it’s in the bath. It’s become one of those little things that makes an ordinary bath feel much more soothing and enjoyable.
