Since many years my wife asking me for a Christmas tree from USA. We have recently bought a beautiful Snow flacked prelit Christmas tree from USA. For that we need a converter which shoulnt interrupt the power. We have done enough research for the best converter brand in the market. We eventually identified a ceptics brand converter which looks compact, tiny one and looks beautiful from the images. So we decided to buy that as per the reviews. But we had a great experience with the Ceptics converter which works amazingly with zero issue. Quality and product finish is excellent. I strongly recommend Ceptics product for all of your needs.

I purchased two CEPTICS power adopters (1) Ceptics 200watt Step Down Voltage Converter and (2)Ceptics Universal travel adopter 4 in one Universal Plug Socket USB QC 3.0, USB-C 20W International Travel adopter. First one in March,20205 and the second one ion January,2024. Both are working very well. They are solid with little bit of more weight, but we can carry(2) without any difficulty to anywhere. There are different Ceptics power adopters of varying Wattage, we have to select appropriately. The prices of these adopters are little higher. As we are using more electronic items from abroad, I did not find power adopters with Multiple Sockets . If they supply adopters with multiple sockets that will be more useful to the consumers.. Overall there are good items , hope they will supply with less price. Gopala Rao M.

The converter works as described, but it heats up a lot if used for more than 15 minutes. Not suitable for continuous use with appliances that need longer running time. Okay for short-term use, but not reliable for extended usage.

Worked great, even though it constantly makes a chirping/squeaking sound when plugged in. Used this all over Europe, and it worked just as if I was in the United States--has 4 USB ports, and 3 outlets, so I could charge 7 devices. But, whether I had 1 device plugged in or 5 devices, this would chirp the entire time it was plugged in. It is also a bit heavy. If you could get past the chirping, this is a very useful thing to have when traveling internationally.

Excellent! I bought this last minute before vacation to France/Italy. A bit expensive but it worked like a charm. Has a variety of outlets for computer/phone/iPad, & small appliances. It’s well designed and is of high build quality. The plug adapters fit snuggly and are precisely made. The extension cord proved to be very useful as European power outlets are often irregularly installed - sometimes in hard to access, inconvenient places. The cord allowed for easy and flexible wall connections that enhanced the usability of the adapter. It comes with a bag to hold all the bits. It might be too bulky for some (minimalists), but i found it light and easy to pack in my carry-on/luggage. It’s easy to recommend this to others.

We recently traveled to the Netherlands and the UK for one month while some remodeling was done at our house. I had an old set of power adapter plugs and a voltage converter, but felt an upgrade was needed to transition from two to three plug devices. After reading many reviews, I purchased this Ceptics Travel Voltage Converter set. It worked just great during our travels. The set has all the region adapters that one will typically need with options to purchase adapters for not so commonly visited locations. Using a US hair dryer and electric toothbrush charger that need voltage conversions were no problem. The converter is easy to change from one adapter to another and easy to disassemble for storage in a well-made travel bag. Given that there are US adapters included, I can continue to use the converter at home for routine purposes. I enthusiastically recommend this converter.

Worked really well in Vietnam. I did notice a kind of buzzing noise but seemed to go away. Very handy to use with a lap top and I imagine with other 110volt appliances.
