Being an RC pilot I was intrigued with these batteries. I have seen the brand multiple times cruising the marketplace. I decided to give it a try. I was surprised upon arrival as the listing was for a single battery but a 2 pack arrived so that was a score.Couple of things I noticed. It is a bit fatter than my other 3S 2200 batteries so it appears it is either a bit higher quality or perhaps a bit bigger capacity than what is indicated. It is listed as an 80 pack. If you know LIPO batteries you know 80C is pretty much impossible so I use those ratings as an indicator that perhaps they have a bit better chemistry internally. Upon charging and discharging I learned the battery is indeed a 2200mah pack. My charger also has the ability to display the internal resistance (IR) of a pack. The lower the number the better. As a battery gets used and ages the IR will increase meaing it takes more effort for the battery to pump out the electrons so it heats up faster, puffs up a bit and does not last as long. It also can not pump out peak power with a higher IR. I label all my batteries with the IR so I can keep an eye on them. The readings on this battery were 11, 10, 10 per cell which is right in the ballpark of my other 2200 3s batteries.After going for a few flights with them they performed as expected. The power was there when I needed it and the flight times were right in line with my other 2200 batteries.

This is a perfect fit for my MT-16 and Rog1 RC cars. I needed another battery pack because sometimes one just isn't enough. These batteries are a perfect fit. You will need to pay attention to the battery connection type on your RC. These batteries come with an EC3 connection, which I don't have in my 1/14 and 1/16 vehicles. It is easy enough to solve by either soldering on new connectors or buying an adapter. As far as performance goes, I get similar performance to the stock batteries. They have great runtime, and for the price, they are easy to recommend.

Picked up this 3S 2200mAh Lipo battery for my RC truck. The 80C discharge rating suggests it should provide good power delivery. The EC3 connector is common and plugged right into my ESC without any issues. The battery feels well-constructed. I've run a few packs through it, and it delivers consistent power and decent run times for its capacity. It didn't puff up or get excessively hot during use. For a basher or someone looking for a reliable 3S Lipo without breaking the bank, this appears to be a solid option.

I have learned when I receive an Ovonic Lipo battery, and it arrives with the correct 3.80V per cell - it will be a battery that keeps on working for me for a long time. That is why I order Ovonics. This order is no different, as they arrived spot-on voltage-wise.I say "they" because I thought I was ordering one battery from the ad, but instead - 2 batteries arrived. I don't know where the mix-up occurred, if it was the ad's writing or a mistake to send 2 batteries, but I'm a happy camper either way. They both came in one specifically sized box, so I'm pretty sure they meant to ship 2 batteries. Someone needs to correct the ad IMO.

What Can I say, OVONIC batteries have been a round for a long time and have only gotten better. I have quite a few of OVONIC brand batteries and they perform, very well regardless of a basher, crawler or a boat! Amazing batteries with great runtime & doesn't disappoint! Well made & solid construction. We'll see how well this will hold up. I have several OVONIC LiPO batteries and have been very pleased with each and every one of them. These are being used in a 1/10th scale Vanquish Phoenix and I couldn't ask for anything more from a 2 cell LiPo. All 3 cells in each battery arrived well balanced with all cells within 0.02 volts of each other. Buy them, you can't go wrong!
