Good Product
This review is not so relevant as I just started to use, but it looks a good quality product-something change is, quality of accessories like pedals, mudguards, bottle holder are not so good. can provide the pedal sets with little more quality, but it can be suffered comparing to the price

Extremely Disappointing Quality Broken Stand on Delivery
I ordered a BMW cycle expecting premium quality, but unfortunately, the cycle stand arrived broken. All the other parts are fine, but this kind of issue is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a brand like BMW. Honestly, I did not expect the quality to be this poor. I have paid a premium price for this cycle, and in return, I expect a proper, high quality product not a damaged or defective part. Kindly arrange a replacement for the broken stand immediately, or take whatever necessary action you feel is appropriate. I expect a proper resolution without any unnecessary delay. The amount I have paid deserves much better quality and service than this.

Do not buy this bicycle
Do not buy this bicycle. It arrived with several defects, which the technician discovered while assembling it. We were advised to return it, but more than a month later, Amazon still expects us to arrange delivery to the supplier ourselves. Since Amazon delivered this defective bicycle to our home, they should arrange to pick it up from our home. Very disappointing product and customer service.
