Cutluxe BBQ Carving Set, 12" Brisket Knife & 10" Honing Rod for Meat

Bought this for cutting brisket and it works great. Nice and sharp and fits well in my hand. Sliced through fat and meat with ease. I will be looking into getting other knives.

This Culture BBQ Knife Carving Set is Absolutely wonderful. The knife is strong, is very sharp, easy to use and cuts through things so perfectly for me. It has a good weight and feels comfortable in my hand while using. The cuts made are very clean and accurate. I love having this carving knife set now and I use it a lot. It is easy to store in the box it came in while also protecting the knife edge from being damaged. Definitely can recommend this one!

I’ll have a better idea once I use it for a while, but this seems to be a very high-quality knife. It’s heavy, it feels solid and looks like it will last for years. The only reason I knocked a star off is that the standalone knife comes with a sheath and this one did not. I thought about sending it back, but I didn’t.

I first separately purchased the 10" Honing Rod, and was so impressed with it that I decided to purchase the Cutluxe BBQ Knife Set – 12" Brisket Knife & 10" Honing Rod. Well this evening I finally got the opportunity to try this knife out on a large London Broil, and all I could do was rave about the knife. Just holding the end of the handle and letting the weight of the knife glide across the steak was enough to cut beautiful slices, so much so that my carrying on about how it was the best cutting tool I've ever used offered great amusement to them. The grip is comfortable and the thin parallel sided blade produces minimal resistance to cutting steak. The plastic blade tip and clear plastic knife sheath are a bonus. Still amazed; you will be too.

This knife is fantastic. Very sharp, long blade that cuts smoothly through meat. The wooden handle and design give you a firm grip while slicing.

Excellent heavy Duty Brisket Knife that worked very well for slicing brisket ! Very pleased. I used Honing Rod on a large older butcher knife and a boning knife and was happily surprised how well it cleaned up the blades. Had used honing rods before that were so so. Starting to get into cooking of meats with more knowledge then in the past with a Pellet grill, Charcoal grill ( for that final touch on steaks, along with doing burgers. Also bought a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker, 14.5" is big enough for me and works quite well. Really enjoying smoker grill using it with stick wood and lump charcoal. Brisket and Beef Ribs both turned out great.

This is a great carving knife! Came sharp and ready to use. Sliced threw brisket like butter. I just need to get use to the longer type of knife. I guess I need to cook more.
