Wild Yam Cream for Hormone Balance, Herbal Menopause & PMS Support, 4 Oz.

I'm past the "hot flash" stage, and started using after being off prescription progesterone for a while. Good price for nonprescription cream. I'm using it twice a day as suggested, and have become less. . .excitable. After 10 days of using it, I felt a little "different." Asked my housemate if he noticed any difference, and he said he had. So I guess it was worth taking a chance on, because I don't feel like yelling at him. It works well, and I sleep a little better, too. Natural ingredients make it also safe, which I like. But the company doesn't sell this on its own website, no idea why. Please don't stop making this wonderful yam cream!!

First thing people need to know is, this is not for your face! You apply a pea sized amount on your wrists, neck, chest, or abdomen. This is not a beauty cream, this is a hormone balancing cream that helps sleep, mood, etc. It has a pleasant scent, nice texture, and rubs in easily into your skin (not on your face). I like that it is available on Amazon, it is a nice sized jar, and the price is right. You should use it for 3 weeks of your month, and stop using during your menses.

Nice cream. Goes on well and absorbs well. Smells nice. Quick shipping. It did not help with my hot spells however, so I'm taking off a star.

Great during perimenopause not having same effect post menopause. Been post menopause for two months and even tho I’m still using this cream my hot flashes have come back. Back to misery….

It helps me control the hot flashes. I still get them, but they're not severe as though I weren't using anything.

It absorbs readily into the skin. It has a pleasant scent that is not as cloying strong lavender as I was dreading. I don't know if it's helping much with my menopausal symptoms; I haven't felt a difference.

This cream is wonderful. It has balanced my hormonal system; I have an excitable nervous system and am a very light sleeper. Thanks to this cream, I can relax and sleep peacefully. I've been using it for over two months, and it's effective.

Got a 4 old jar. The jar is plastic.It has an earthy light floral organic scent. The cream is a light coral color almost reminds me of the color of Creamsicle. It's very thin lotion, not thick. It's not watery, but it's thin. Applications you alternate between where you are rubbing it. First on your wrist, your neck, your sides then your abdomen. So every other time you put it on you alternate in different spots. It is made with all natural organic gradients. It is made in Saint Petersburg, Florida USA. It gives you instructions of how to use it. It has a safety seal of plastic around the outer tin lid. But when you take the tin lid off, there was no safety Seal covering before you get to the product. I will let you know an update after a few weeks of using the product. How it goes. But I've heard a lot of good things about using this organic Wild Yams/ an herbs. It was at an excellent price! Went on Smoothly. I had no itching or rashes it did not irritate my skin in any way. I had no bad side effects From this product.
