Very Happy, but onboard intelligence needs work
After having done a great deal of research, I am very, very happy with the product - now that I have a better grasp of it's strengths and weaknesses. You can read all about the reasons to love the product on the page, so I will share the things the marketing material doesn't mention. I purchased both (not at the same time) the eufy by Anker, RoboVac G30, and this Roborock S7+ Robot Vacuum and Sonic Mop with Auto-Empty Dock here on amazon... and I need them both. Hear me out. One practical issue is that "scheduled cleaning" may be included on the S7+, but isn't a really an option. To properly use the S7+, you must clean or change the mop pad, you must wet the mop pad, and you have to fill the water tank. So there is no such thing as unattended operation. Any indication otherwise is skeptical. For example, the user manual says that you should empty the water tank and detach and clean the mop between uses. If you do that - you can't schedule cleaning. If you don't do it, you need to make sure that the S7+ goes to the dock with a full water tank. You're involved any way you look at it. Then when it starts cleaning, the mop will be too dry, and only thin, wet streaks will make it onto the floor until 1/4 of the tanks reserves are used up soaking the mop cloth. Also, the best mopping setting, "Fine Mopping" disables the vacuum. That was unexpected. The "normal" setting is good for most things, but when I want to mop the floors, I want to do a proper job of it. On the other hand, I do like to spray something on the floors ahead of the robot and I wouldn't want the liquid floor cleaner vacuumed up in the process. You can't put any cleaning solution in the water tank, so the S7+ is basically water and a wet washcloth dragging across your floor. That's not to say it isn't good, 99.99% of the time, a wash cloth across the floor a few times a week is all I need to keep the house clean. I prefer to have some type of solvent diluted in a spray bottle and applied to the floor so I use Lundmark floor cleaner for the tiles and Lysol floor cleaner for the laminate floors. You should understand that the ENTIRE Mop Attachment does not vibrate for the scrubbing action. It does not. There is a smaller, stretchy area in the middle of the mopping pad called the vibration area. The mop mount has an area that wiggles. It wiggles the vibration plate. The vibration plate is velcro'd to the vibration area of the mop pad, and that is the only part that "scrubs." So it scrubs in the middle, but not the full 11 in. width of the pad - it is not edge-to-edge. So, my house runs smoothest when the eufy RoboVac G30 vacuums the house first (it's smaller, gets into more places, and a low-profile to get under furniture), and then I activate the Roborock S7+ to do the mopping. I DO wonder if this means I should have purchased a dedicated mopping robot with spinning pads, but most of them are not very smart and most of them don't work with Alexa. The onboard software needs some work. The S7+ definitely knows where the vacuum is in the head, doing a fine job whenever I use it. But it has NO idea where its rear-end with the mopping pad is going. This is never more obvious than on an outside-curve. The refrigerator is ever so slightly rounded, and bows out a bit, and the S7+ gets its nose all the way around it, but the mop never comes near the edge. There is about 8 in. in front of my fridge that the S7+ has never been able to mop. It does a find job moving in a straight line under the cabinets and dishwasher, but that outside-curve foils the S7+ every time. I have to get my swiffer wet jet to clean that area. Also, the software is too conservative when it maps out the room. It reminds me of how some older children use a coloring book. The S7+ will go around the outside edge of the room cleaning about a 12 in. wide strip along the way. Then it will go back and forth within the outline to clean the area. However, it proceeds to mop WITHIN that original 12 in. strip. Never again reaching the edges. So it misses the opportunity to mop the spaces it failed to reach in front of the refrigerator. If the onboard software was updated, it could fix a tremendous amount of dead areas. There is a lot of criticism of the bump-and-pivot style, non-laser units, like my RoboVac G30, but it never, ever misses a spot. And I have since duct-taped a swiffer duster pad to its butt, so every time it turns around, it dusts the baseboards. Another weakness in the S7+ is that it has a VERY difficult time with rather common door saddles. This, I really don't understand, but it appears to be mechanical. The saddle in the door frame between my hallway and bathroom doesn't seem high at all. The RoboVac G30 has no issue getting over it. The S7+ fails to enter the room 6 out of 10 times. Once the nose goes over the saddle, the middle of the body catches a fulcrum point, and the wheels cannot push the robot over the saddle. Sometimes it can, but it fails enough that I have learned to place the S7+ in that room before I issue the command to "Start Cleaning." It seems to have no problem leaving that room, but isn't good at entering it. So again, there is no such thing as unattended cleaning. Just a final note. These things I have mentioned are not a big deal to me. In the grand scheme of things, my floors have never been this consistently clean. Many people point out that these robots can't scrub and clean as effectively as a person with a mop - that is clearly true. However, the S7+ keeps you very far ahead of the game, and this "frequent maintenance" very dramatically reduces the need for manual mopping.

Lifechanging if you have pets!
This thing is lifechanging! We have 4 dogs (2 shepherds) and 7 cats, and live in the country. We could make another cat and dog every day with what these guys shed. Without this, it was a never ending (and failing) battle to keep the home even halfway decently swept/vaccumed, let alone mopped. Living in the country we also constantly have dirt/mud being tracked in. Oh, we also have a wood stove so add ash/dirt/wood chips just for fun. (I feel sorry for this poor thing!) This sucker flat out works! I run it every day. The dust bin is a bit small, wouldn't want the vac without the auto-empty bin. It's full after vacuuming about half our living room. But the dock works perfectly. You can define "rooms" or sections of your house and have it auto-empty and charge after each one to address that. I put a new (washed) mop pad on and fill the water tank every night, leaves the floor nice and clean once it's done cleaning. Not necessarily perfect, especially if the dogs feet were muddy, but very good. By the 2nd cleaning it IS perfect, we rarely do an actual mopping, just clean up any spills. A few hints or comments. If you have laminate or hardwood flooring you will want the unit to mob the long direction of the boards. You can't specify mop direction, but you can divide a large room into longer, thinner sections, which causes the vacuum to run/mop the long way. If you have a litter box, inevitably some litter will be scattered. You'll want to vacuum that area first, not mop and vac a the same time. That litter will turn to mud and smear. Running a vacuum cycle first in that area addresses that issue. In the last 3 months we've had the unit, I think it's failed to make it back to the dock 1/2 times. At least one it ingested a charging cord, so that's my bad. Once it just got confused and refused to leave a specific area. A couple of cautions. If you have the herd we do, the dust bags don't last long. We get maybe 2-3 weeks out of one, which as far as I'm concerned is quite good. You can get some "aftermarket" ones for about $2.50 each. Far cheaper than factory ones. Get a number of mop pads. I put on a clean (washed) one each day and just toss them in the laundry. The only issue I've had with the unit involves charging. Even a minimal amount of dirt or contamination on the contacts will cause an error-it will "tell" you to clean them, doing so and all is good. It's more sensitive in that regard than other brands I've ordered. I've seen some comments with the dock plugging up. I've had minimal issues with it. I think 2 times it's jammed when it picked up a large wood chip from the wood stove. Only other time was when I didn't notice the dust bag was full and it backed up a bit. The directions say to only use water in the tank. I usually add 2-3 drops of the Bona hardwood floor cleaner to a tank. Hasn't caused any problems and does seem to clean a little better. What could use improvement? Well, a cyclonic dust bin so you didn't have to buy bags would be number 1. The mapping program should let you set direction for mopping for wood planks, rather than making you "cheat" as I described above. Would be nice to have it sense when the dust bin is full, or set run time for it to return to the dock and dump, rather than creating smaller rooms. And maybe a bigger dust bin-but there really isn't room for one. On hard surfaces, this is about perfect. It works well on most of our area rugs. We do have one that shows and really seems to cling to pet hair. The vacuum does "OK" on it, but not great and hair builds up over a few days. Frankly, our upright doesn't do much better, you have to go over and over it to remove much of the hair. I picked up one of the pet hair squeegees to work the hair out once in a while, seems like the best solution so far. The battery is the other issue. Not capacity, it runs for quite a while (2 hours or more). But charging is very slow. I've broken up my room cleaning schedule to allow some charging time between cycles to avoid running it down to 20%-at which point it stops vacuuming and charges to 100%, which takes several hours. If you don't have our herd and don't have to clean the whole house every day, that's probably not an issue. Schedule half the house each day. Or if you can get away with vacuuming alone without mopping it would go longer. Other comments. This is a really heavy, solid unit, both the dock and the vacuum. Very much feels substantial. We have previously had a couple Neatos and a Roborock E35. This is much, much better than any of the other units (and much, much more expensive). The previous units failed to return to base at least 1/3 of the time and you'd play "where's the vacuum" every night. The E35 had a mop, but it was "static" and just pulled along (as opposed to powered on the S7), it was pretty useless-and had no water reservoir. Paying for this was painful, but I have no regrets at this point. My only concern is life. Given our rather extreme use case I'm sure we won't do as well as most. For the price I still hope to see a few years from it.

I really wish I could return this.
UPDATE: I've perused the new reviews added to this site since I got this and maybe I'm unique in having the problem I've been having with the robot, but I find that hard to believe. Since getting the robot we had a honeymoon period of a few months, but at this point I really wish I could go back and get something else. I hope anyone who reads this takes this into consideration! The vacuum itself is stellar. I love it, it does a great job of actually cleaning the house and making it feel like there isn't any dust anywhere! The auto emtpy base however, is a complete piece of trash that I have constantly had issues with. Firstly, it's designed so as to force you to use these crappy replaceable bags that are flimsy and just all around annoying. The rest of the world has the bucket on the right just lift away so you can empty it straight into the trash without the fuss. As far as I've been able to figure out, there is no way to replace the US version with the better version---we're just stuck with it. The biggest problem I have with it though, is that it constantly, perpetually, endlessly, gets clogged. I've had to thoroughly disassemble the auto empty base to figure out what was going on, and this is 100% a problem I've never had with any other robot vacuum. This one though is just poorly designed. To empty the robot there's essentially a second, stationary vacuum (the base). The base connects to the dock through a small chamber where all the air is forced into a small area at the base, then up a much wider pipe. This area at the bottom of the dock constantly clogs with larger clumps of dust, pet hair, and things like DOG FOOD, which I'm sure is a common thing you find on the ground if you're a pet owner! Our dog's dog food seems to be the bane of this base station's existence, which is kind of a problem as our dog frequently... well, knocks a piece or two of food out while eating. The dog food I guess is just your average, circular kibble, but the design of the airflow through the base station appears to be totally incompatble with it, an issue I have never experienced before. The vacuum itself has no trouble with picking up the food. Here's why I think that is: The aforementioned choke point at the bottom of the base into the standard-sized tubing that runs up the top of the base station seems to be a choke point. There is also a second, much harder to clear choke point at the outlet into the bag. For some reason I simply cannot discern, the designers of the base station opted to include a silicone gasket that surrounds the outside of this outflow into the bag. This outflow is also curved slightly meaning objects do not have a straight path and often get caught. It serves no purpose as far as I can tell since it just goes straight into the bag, other than of course, to trap objects like the dog food which love to just get stuck on the silicone. Because silicone is incredibly good at trapping things with friction, the food gets literally stuck and requires a near complete disassembly of the entire apparatus, and some fiddling with a fork (this so far has been the best object for dislodging the dog food). I absolutely hate this process and wonder what the point of the auto empty base even is if I'm constantly having to disassemble it to remove a common household thing that gets stuck on the floor. I have owned much cheaper robot vacuums with base stations that absolutely never had this double whammy of a problem. If you want the robot by itself, great, but if you ever have dog food or anything like it on your floors, please, for the love of god, save yourself the endless headaches and buy something else lol. This is probably the best robot vacuum on the market. We bought ours when the Amazon coupon deal was happening to replace a horrible Shark auto empty robot that basically never worked properly. Coming from that to this was amazing. However, for the price (we're talking a top of the line robot vacuum---roborocks best) it really could be better. First feature that even the very stupid shark had that this one doesn't was a "bin evacuation" feature. We have a dog who sometimes goes through periods of extensive shedding, and when he was going that I would set our old robot to empty the bin periodically while it was doing its daily run through the house. I have searched and searched for this basic feature in the roborock app, which weirdly says it's still in beta? And I can't find it! The second thing which other people have commented on is the use of silicone brushes which tend to just get stuck on medium or high pile carpets. I have some very fluffy bath mats that this thing ALWAYS manages to get stuck on. It's very annoying that you can't just leave it, and I haven't been able to find a solid replacement brush on Amazon. I'm sure silicone brushes work really well on hard floors but tkey get tangled in heavier carpets (it handled my wool rug just fine but the bath mats are an absolute no-go). The third thing is the mop. On the mop's water tank is a bizarre sticker which basically says don't put floor cleaner in the water tank. Only mop with water (as if this is a thing that people do? Who just gets their floor wet and says woo so clean!) I've filled up the water tank with a small amount (I'm talking 10ml of cleaning solution in the tan). It's a small amount and I haven't had problems so far, but hopefully the mop keeps working as this is a feature I really wanted it to have since our house is mostly hard floors. Aside from that the robot is quite good at cleaning our house, to the point we almost never need to break out our old Dyson. The mapping is stellar, especially compared to the crappy old shark, and the obstacle avoidance from the front sensor works pretty well although it still struggles with things like socks and clothes, but I don't think any manufacturer is currently able to work around those right now. A few other pros include that they have a reusable mop pad shipped in the box, the auto empty bin is great and gets everything out of the bin each time, and the robot is pretty quiet, especially compared to my old shark. The pros have outweighed the cons by far. The robot is really good! If you can grab this on sale you won't regret it, but hopefully these quirks get resolved with time. Then it'll truly be perfect.

Works Great So Far
05/26/2025: Giving my initial review of the Roborock Saros 10r and will update. In my home we have medium pile carpet, hardwood and tile floors as well as rugs across two levels. This includes thresholds of varying heights... some tall enough to really stub your toe. FYI: The package does not include the floor cleaning solution, so you will need to purchase that separately for the purposes of mopping. My Roborock Saros 10r arrived on 05/21/2025, so at this point I've had it 5 days and my intent is to really put this through its paces while I'm still able to return it. Packaging from Amazon & Roborock was great and it arrived in pristine condition. Device setup was easy and the instructions were clear enough that I had no issues. One thing I would highly suggest during setup, since this device must be connected to wifi, put it on either a different wifi network (I have an IoT network that can't connect to devices on my "normal" network with laptops/computers/phones/tablets) or if your router doesn't support that it may have a "Guest" network you can add it to. No matter how much or how little you pay for your Smart Home/IoT devices just keep in mind that they can become threats to your devices, their security and your privacy if that device or company becomes compromised. This is a small bit of protection, but worth it. Speaking of privacy, this device has a built-in voice assistant. I have not activated it and have no intent to do so. Since it was not activated, my understanding is that this prevents it from listening at all. Additionally this device uses cameras to help navigate obstacles in addition to lidar. Not much you can do about this, but there is a feature where you can enable the camera remotely and drive the Saros 10r around your home to view things. I have not enabled this or used this feature. My understanding with this feature is that if you don’t enable it then the potential for that feature to be exploited (someone else looking through the camera) is greatly reduced. The account set up in the app was simple, just make sure you use a strong password that is unique (not used by any of your other accounts). The app works well, but settings can be difficult to find. Take time to really explore all of the settings in the app so you get the experience you’re looking for. Out of the box the Saros 10r announces very loudly when it’s cleaning, when it’s returning to charge, etc. The setting to turn the volume down is in the app under Settings > Voice Assistant > Volume. The initial mapping of the main floor of my home was quick and accurate. It identified surfaces accurately as well as the stairs leading to the basement. You can really customize the cleaning behavior in the app, so I wanted max suction for the vacuuming and I wanted it to leave the mopping pads behind and only mop after vacuuming. It navigated the main floor without issue, returned to empty the dust bin as needed and when it was done vacuuming it returned to the base, picked up the mop pads and proceeded to mop the tile and hardwood floors. During the mopping I have it set to return to the base every 15 minutes to clean the mop pads. I was very happy with the job it did with both vacuuming and mopping. Additionally the brush design works great with hair, well human hair at least. We don’t have pets. There are several women with extremely long hair that was a challenge for my Neato Botvac D3 and Roomba J7+ with the brush rollers getting tangled with hair. I’m happy to say that after multiple runs the Saros 10r brushes had zero hair in them. Also, the extending arm for cleaning in corners and along walls seems to work great as well. The mopping was impressive. One of the mop pads extends out to get close to walls and corners which is a nice touch. You can also set many options for mopping in the app such as how much water is used and detecting areas that might need some extra attention. Again, really explore the app to customize the experience you want. The water reservoirs for clean and dirty water are easy to remove, fill and empty. My next test, cleaning on a separate floor of my home. This was easy enough, I was able to move just the robot to the basement. I created a separate map for the basement. There are several high thresholds here and the Saros 10r was able to navigate over them with ease. I didn’t try mopping since I feel like I would need to move the base downstairs to get the best experience. I may do this at some point, but not today. My take away, the Saros 10r is absolutely capable of easily vacuuming at least two floors. The base station seems quite capable, it’s able to empty the dustbin and it’s not too loud. The mop pad washing, cleaning and drying works quite well so far. Overall I’m pleased so far and at this price point… anyone who purchases this should be. I’ve experienced no issues and the device has received two firmware updates. I fully intend to continue heavily using the Saros 10r during my return window and will update this review if I encounter issues. Consumable and replaceable parts are also on my radar. The robot seems to be fairly serviceable and I hope that being able to purchase those parts will be affordable in the future, especially batteries. The base station however I'm not sure about.

Very Good Robot Vacuum
I'll start from the conclusion: Roborock Saros 10R is a great choice for mopping robot vacuum. It is not perfect, but close enough to it to justify its price. It is very important to take time to configure and customize Saros' operations to your needs. After a few trials and errors you will find modes and settings that will make you satisfied. Don't expect this device out of the box to replace your lovely housewife with a vacuum and a mop, cause it will not. But with proper configuration, it will free her up from most routine cleaning chores, and it will do a good job doing them. Don't rely on Roborock's SmartPlan. With that it ignores most customizations and does a quick, yet mediocre job cleaning the house. Luckily, Roborock application allows to customize cleaning process to your liking. Don't be afraid to try different options and methods. Figuring out the best way to clean an area or a room will take a few attempts. Create your own cleaning routines. You may need more intense vacuuming or deeper mopping in some areas. Experiment and find the option that provides you the best result for each area. Then combine those options in the custom routine. For instance, despite some reviews, I have found that Saros 10R uses very little water while mopping the floors. As a result, 9-10 minutes into mopping, it just polishes floors with dry mop cloths. To avoid that you need to go to Dock Settings to change the Mop Wash Frequency from "By Room" to "By Time" and lower the interval to 10 minutes. After that Saros 10R will actually do a decent job mopping the floors. I also prefer to do a full area vacuuming and then mopping. I found that to provide better cleaning results. Saros 10R leaves mops in the dock, when ordered to vacuum without mopping. In a custom routine you can select individual type/level of vacuuming and/or mopping for each area, so end result is near perfect. Take some time to customize the map that Saros creates. He may pickup an area at the top of the staircase or even a piece of your yard, if your windows are low enough. Remove unneeded areas, divide rooms according to your floor plan. Those steps will allow better customization of the cleaning process. You can specify a floor type and even a direction of hardwood planks in each room. Make sure that your rooms are presented correctly. Obstacle avoidance and object recognition of the Saros 10R are very good, but not great. Especially when it comes to cables on the floor. So, follow Roborock's recommendation: prepare the area for cleaning. Move some objects, lift or tackle cords where possible. Those steps bring cleaning results closer to perfect. So, if you are expecting a futuristic android bot that will thoroughly clean your house for you, you may be somewhat disappointed. But if you take a few steps to customize cleaning routines, prepare your home for cleaning, and then let Saros 10R methodically vacuum and mop floors in your home, while you and your loved one are out and about all day, that is hard to beat. And 8 out of 10 cleaning quality in such setup is almost perfect.

Best money ever spent
I did a ton of research over several months to narrow down the robot vac that checked all the boxes—self clean, reliable obstacle avoidance, spin mop pads (I did not want rollers due to hair tangling), camera and reliable room mapping. It was between this one and the MOVA Möbius, Dreame L50, and this one. I went with Roborock because of the extended warranty and it reasonable for an additional three years and the fact that its customer service got excellent reviews and that it is US based. This model has been out for a while and I was ok with that because I wanted to get a true review of the product. So far, it has been reliable and has continued to meet my expectations. The app is really easy to use. Set up of the entire product took about 30 minutes. It was really straight forward. I can’t comment yet on battery life because I’ve only cleaned one room at a time, but so far I have not seen any battery draining issues. Since I have only used it for a little over a month (and it’s been daily), I plan to update this post in about six months to address any issues.

Good and Bad
I do love the fact that it cleans dirt and mops the floor. I hate the fact that it does not leave the floors clean. I can still wipe a spot up on the floor and get brown dirt from the floors not being clean very well. I replace the mop cloths on a regular basis. The mop heads need some improving. The parts on this machine are not very reliable. I have had this for a few months now, and the clip that holds the water on the robot, has broken off the screws that hold it in place. Now I do remove the water tank to put water in it 5 days a week before it starts its daily cleaning cycle, and the plastic part just broke off from the screws. I still have the part and I have to make sure I am careful not to lose the piece. I keep the parts clean on it like the scheduled monitor tells me to do. and the machine runs fine. The only other problem I am noticing is that the machine does not empty itself regularly after it has cleaned. I have to make it empty its dustbin or it will leave clumps of hair and dirt on the floors. This is a feature that needs to be fixed. It should empty itself every time it comes back to the dock after cleaning. Update: Just called Customer Service on the water tank issue and they said they would get back with me on this. Now, if I were Customer Service, and if I wanted to sell more machines, I would say I will send one out right away since it is still under warranty. Instead they tell me, I will get with my counterpart and get back with you. I am sorry, this is not how you treat customers who purchased your product. I will update when I hear back from this company. I hope that I do not have to call again, because if I do, I will get Amazon involved since this product costs a lot of money. I will also change my stars to match whatever support I receive. Update: Customer service sent me a new water tank, and everything was working like it should. However, when cleaning the roller underneath, I noticed that the roller enclose bracket or part was cracked. Now I do not know how this happened at all since I do not have any stairs or drops offs in my house or anything that would have done this. I am getting this feeling that the parts on this machine are not durable for regular use. I will call Customer Support on this matter and will update again. I do not want to hurry and change my review until I am certain that all the parts are working correctly for a couple months. All of the products you buy on Amazon definitely want you to hurry and give them a great review, however, they want the review before the product is in use for a few months. I have to make sure everything works like it is stated to work before I give a review. I purchased this machine under Affirm because of the cost of the machine. If the normal use causes things to break, then they are supposed to be covered under their 1 year warranty. Since I am still paying for this unit and it is under warranty, then I expect them to honor it and to not make me feel like I did something wrong or purposely broke something. I would never intentionally break anything on something I am still paying for and something that cost me a lot of money. If normal use and cleaning as they say it is supposed to be done, according to their app that tells you when something needs to be routinely done, and something breaks, then it is up to that company to replace the part or repair the machine under warranty, not make me feel like I broke something in order for me to pay more money out to your company for your faulty machine. I will update later after I see what Customer Service will do to remedy the issue.

Buy it right the first time. This is the one.
I researched for 6 months. Not joking. 1. Look at the units with top mounted Lidar and imagine they are a spot light shining outward. You can see how they are able to shine on the walls and everything 3" above the floor. But the body of the vacuum blocks them from being able to see the floor, especially close to the vacuum. The Roborock Star Sight sensors are like the facial recognition sensors in your iPhone, but this vacuum has three of them installing in the SIDE of the vacuum scanning the walls, but also the floor next to the vacuum. This makes a huge difference in the Saros 10R being able to move around the house and not vacuum up legos, cords, shoes etc. 2. My wife has LONG red hair, and our dog is a golden retriever with LONG blond hair. This split duo brush really works as advertised. I am blown away, it has zero hair wrapped around it. 3. I can't believe how well the mops are working. I was skeptical, and I was wrong. I've waited for years for enough improvements through the generations of vacuums and they have finally reached the point they are ready for primetime. But unfortunately, the perfect combo you need has only just now arrived so you have to buy the flagship. You won't get what you need with the cheaper versions. Of course I didn't WANT to spend this kind of money on a robot vacuum. But look at it this way....how much would you have to spend for someone to come sweep and mop your house once a week? $50? That is $200 a month. After 7 months you have spent the same money as just buying this vacuum which you will have for years. Roborock is known for having the best App, and best customer service. I'm going to be honest....I'm thrilled with ours so far. Sure, if I crawl around I can find a spec of dirt here, one leaf it missed by the door etc. But it catches it the next time it runs and the other 99.999999% of the floor is spotless. If it only lasted one year I would financially be ahead, and I bought two extra years of warranty so we are good for a minimum of 3 years. I ran it 3 times vacuuming only, then two more vacuum and mop to get us started. Right now, we are only running twice a week to make the vacuum last as long as possible. I vacuum and mop on Friday to be clean for the weekend, then vacuum only on Monday to clean up after the weekend. I'm a strong believer on not buying cheap knock off junk to install on expensive equipment so I have purchased all genuine Roborock replacement parts (dust bags, brushes, mop pads etc. Why someone spends this kind of money to buy the best vacuum, then makes it not work nearly as well by buying knock off bags and brushes to save $10 is beyond me. I worked really hard trying to make the right decision and on this one I think I nailed it. I know this was a crazy long review, but I'm guessing I am not alone and I wanted to share everything to try and help some of you. I wish you the best.

Moins d'un mois et il déconne.
Ça fait même pas un mois que je l'ai et il a mal géré la carte. Il à forcé le passage en dessous du radiateur et il est tout griffé. De plus, il laisse des gouttes partout.

Disappointing
Very smart device but not as effective as I’ve hoped it to be …You really need to work for it and not the other way around, you need to make the surface clear, otherwise it gets stuck or stumbles…In order to get my apartment really clean, with 3 cats around, I prefer the combination of Dyson as a vacuum cleaner and the mopping with the Tineco S9 vacuum & mopping device. I gave mine as a present…
