This was purchased for a 97-year-old's bathroom. It is excellent in quality, easy to install and adjust, and serves it's purposes perfectly. Rubber caps on legs of the chair do not slide around on the tile floor. The arms offer sturdy assistance to get up or down from toilet. The seat can be adjusted to whatever height is needed, which allows for the easiest process of sitting on or standing up from the seat. Very easy to assemble. Every part is built well, entire unit is solid, stable, and offers a sense of assurance it will not fall apart in use. It is very easy to clean.

I bought this to help my recovery from an upcoming medical procedure. Assembly took me about 45 minutes. It would have been faster but the plastic inserts used to protect the metal tube openings during shipment were difficult to remove. Not heavy but well made, sturdy, easy to move as needed. The height is easily adjustable as is the width to a lesser degree. It comes with an attachment to hold bathroom tissue on one side and a mesh bag that attaches with Velcro on the other side in case you have things you need to access during toileting. The seat is cushioned, as are the handles, and is made to be able to raise for cleaning. Non-slip feet give a good grip, making it stable. Very good value for the price.

This is the perfect, over the toilet, seat riser for anyone to use. It was very easy to assemble and lightweight, but very sturdy. The arms make it very stable and feel very safe using it. Perfect size for any size of bathroom. It hasn't slipped and happy with my purchase. Recommend.

I got this toilet seat riser to help after my husband’s surgery, and it definitely does the job once it’s put together. Assembly was a bit of a headache though, some of the connectors were so tight that I had to push really hard to get them in, and on a couple of pieces I even had to add a little grease to make them slide. Also, don’t forget to take off the white plastic caps on the ends of the tubes, the manual doesn’t mention them, and I didn’t realize at first that they had to come off for the pieces to fit. The instructions were okay, but I wish the process was smoother. The foam on the handles came with a few dents, but that’s just cosmetic, it doesn’t affect how they work. Still, it’s a little disappointing to see on a brand new product. On the positive side, once it’s assembled, the riser feels very sturdy. The height and width are both adjustable, which is super handy, and the rubber feet keep it from sliding around. The seat clips right onto the frame, so it’s really easy to take on and off, and also easy to clean. It came with a little mesh storage bag too, which is a nice extra. I personally don’t need it, but some people might find it useful. Overall, it’s a solid product with a few quality-control issues. If you don’t mind pushing hard or adding a little grease during setup, it’s sturdy and reliable once it’s ready to use. I’ve also added a video so you can see it fully assembled.

Easy to put together and very good quality. The soft seat is appreciated as are the multiple height and width adjustments and lowest price on the internet.

Got this for my mother. She has back problems, and our lower-than-average toilet was difficult for her to stand up from. The height adjustments and width adjustments are excellent. There is a holder on the side for toilet paper, so you do not have to reach far. It goes together easily - all parts are labelled, and you just match up the letters. ONE THING TO BE AWARE OF: in the instruction booklet there is a list of included parts. I was checking to see that I had all the required parts, and I noticed a discrepancy. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A TYPO, ONLY. On page 2, the list states there are 2 "D" transverse bars. There are 2 transverse bars, but one is labelled "C" and the other is "D". So, the "Number" column should read "C/D" transverse tube, 2. All the parts are correctly labelled, and they all go together easily. Very sturdy, and my mother is quite pleased! There are slip resistant feet, good on our tile floor. Light weight enough to lift away from the toilet for regular bathroom cleaning - yet, sturdy.

Works great for when you have a hip replacement and can't sit at a 90 degree angle for months. Its sturdy.adjustable, slip resistant, soft to sit on. Removes easily.
