I looooove these mineral drops! We use these numerous times a day and add it to our reverse osmosis water. Minerals are so important, and these fit the bill for us. I just add a whole dropper (which is really just 1/3 of the dropper) into 32 oz of water. I put the minerals in first, then top it off with water and it mixes it in perfectly and I can't taste a thing. We've been using this product for about a year now and absolutely love it. Keeps us nice and hydrated!

I absolutely LOVE the E-lyte mix by this brand, so I had high hopes for this supplement as well. I won't say I'm disappointed. I will say that it took a little trial and error to find beverages to mask/blend the taste. Juice works GREAT, black coffee does NOT. I did manage to save my cup of coffee by adding cream and honey... then it resembled bulletproof coffee in flavor. I find that my body absorbs the nutrients better in this liquid form than any otc or even prescription magnesium supplements I've tried.

I love that this mineral liquid is easy to add to my water, it contains zero unnecessary ingredients, and it’s a great value as the bottle lasts a long time. To get more minerals, and to ensure my water was being absorbed, I used to use powdered electrolyte drink mixes. I never did find one I liked, whether it was because of excess waste (for single use packets), too much sweetener, added synthetic vitamins, or the price. It just made sense to seek out something simpler. I’ve been using BodyBio ReMineralize for the past year, and I won’t go back to the powders. I notice that I feel more hydrated with less water, my sleep and energy levels have improved, and so has mental clarity.** ** I think it’s important to note that I do not live in a vacuum, and, while I do feel better when I use the mineral drops, it’s not the only factor contributing to health improvements. Pro tip: To avoid a strong, unpleasant mineral flavor, split the 1/2 tsp recommended serving across multiple glasses or bottles of water throughout the day. For example, we keep the dropper bottle next to our water purifier, and I add 10 drops to my 16 oz. water bottle every time I refill it, which is at least 4 times a day. I’ve measured it, and it just so happens to be exactly 1/2 a teaspoon (40 drops). That said, although the recommended serving is 1/2 tsp, it doesn’t need to be exact unless you and your healthcare provider have determined you need a specific dosage. You can adjust to your needs, just like other nutrients in food or supplements.

I have used this product for a year and will continue to purchase it. I use it in my water every day. It does not change the taste of my water.
