Arken Optics EP5 GEN2 7-35x56 FFP Precision Rifle Scope for Long Range

If you’re shooting 100 yards or less, this scope is excellent purchase. It has Japanese Glass, which is just fine as I use Canon professional lenses for my photography and it has Japanese class. Also, the Christmas tree radical really helps withhold over. The eye box is deep, I have very little eye strain with this scope until I’ve been behind it for over two hours. Image resolves very well. I use this on my 22 bench rifle at 50 yards. You get about 90% of what you need in a scope as long as you’re not doing long range hunting. The scope is fairly heavy, which is great for a bench shooting situation, but it does have a lot of weight to the rifle if you’re going freehand. Only one negative I could find with this scope and that is the lens Hood that you screw onto the end of the scope. It has a reflective paint on the inside of the tube which creates white out reflection if the sun is at a certain angle. The fix for this for me was to buy a sheet of sticky black felt paper measured it cut the paper to size glue it to the inside of the tube, and that got rid of almost all the reflective glare. When I added a honeycomb filter that got rid of the rest of the glare. All in all, this is a very excellent piece of equipment to add to your armamentarium.

This scope is certified badass! If you spend 3-4000 on a leoupold or nightforce over spending 600 for this one your wasting your money! Eye box on full zoom is lil tight but this scope is awsome! Glass is clear bright and the turrets click with tactile precision! Trust me on this. Its that good!

I am using this on a .30 air rifle. For the distance I will shoot at this is a great scope. The picture is very clear and the recital is good. I can easily adjust for wind and elevation. The turrets tract great and true to dial for the ballistics chart. If you are looking for a mid-priced scope that punches above its weight this will surprise you. this is a great beginner optic for PRS or hunting. I am going to use this on my next NRL22 build for sure. I do want to make sure that if you are going into this thinking it preforms as well as a 2k plus scope... it does not. If you have never used a ZC or NF this optics is a perfect entry point. I will say the eye box is tight, and you really need to make sure it is mounted true to your rifle.

Very clear, repeatable. I have two now.

I haven't had a chance to take it long range yet, but at a 100 yards you can read the fine print on the target. I've got it mounted on a 30-06, and it's way more scope than what the gun needs. It makes it more fun to shoot though when you're hitting quarter sized groups.

Optics are clear and great zoom, the turrets have great engagement, only negative is the elevation goes past zero 3 clicks

This optic is badass. Crystal clear glass. I won't have anything else on my rifle

Quality product for the price. A friend has a high dollar brand and he says the clarity at the 300 meter distance is the exact same.

These scopes are amazing, have purchased 6 from this company and they are worth the money.

For this price point I think it is great. Glass is clear and reticle is great.
