When I started using a walking treadmill and desk combo in my office, my Apple Watch was way off on step count, and I'm probably too neurotic about tracking it, but I did a quick Amazon search and came across this for cheap and gave it a try. It works very well with my Apple Watch. It's easy to attach to the watch face and easy to adjust on my ankle. I have not experienced any irritation, and I've been using it for months and that material has been proven to be durable. Sure, it might look like an ankle monitor, but I'm only wearing it my office for limited amounts of time per day, so I'd say it does exactly what it advertises to do and does it well.

Comfortable enough that after a week, I’ll look at my wrist and have a quick panic wondering where the heck my watch is. Then I remember it’s around my ankle. Never miss a step walking around the house, walking around the store with your hands on the cart, using the treadmill. I love it.

Easy to use and great quality

Used once and worked well then changed watch band and left in car for the afternoon then put back on the next day. And 2/5 of the Velcro pads were not attached to where they are supposed to be. On further look 2/3 off of the other ones had already started peeling off the watch strap.
