roborock F25 ACE Combo Wet Dry Vacuum Mop, 5-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

I’ve had this Roborock F25 BX for about a year, and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It works just as well as when I first bought it and has made cleaning much easier, especially with a small baby at home. At one point it stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They repaired it at no cost, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. That level of support really impressed me. For a wet and dry vacuum, it isn’t too heavy, making it comfortable to use. The battery life is also very good. My home is about 1,800 square feet, and I can clean most or all of it on a single charge, depending on how dirty the floors are. Overall, it offers excellent performance for the price. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has been a huge help in keeping my floors clean every day. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it.

Update: I’ve had this several months now, and have since also used a Saros 20 robot vacuum/mop. This is a good companion to the robot, but because we have gravel and mulch that gets tracked in from our yard and this handles picking up both like it’s nothing and the robot chokes on both, if I could only have one, I’d choose this. Before the robot, it was easy to maintain my floors just by doing a quick once over through our house. Because the brush spins it’s semi-self propelled and is easier for me than using a regular cordless vacuum. I went back and forth on buying this during the Spring sale, and decided to go ahead since it was roughly half off. My concern was another gadget that takes up space and seldom gets used. My reason for wanting to try it was because I have the most wonderful and most dirty young dog. We live on 2.5 acres and part of our yard is wet clay during cool weather. This guy is an outdoorsy dog, as is our older dog, and somehow he picks up an inordinate amount of mud, sticks, seeds, pebbles, mulch etc, and no matter how much I clean him off, the floor gets filthy. I’ve had many dogs but none come close to the mess this guy creates. He’s also longhaired and sheds some. Our other dog crests 1/10 the mess and she’s out as much. (“Why can’t you be like your sister? 😂) So while I can vacuum daily, with our Shark Pet Cordless, the dark vinyl plank needs mopping also, and I just don’t have the energy to do it more than weekly. This has made me feel like our house can be clean again! I’ve used it everywhere over the past two days and it’s easier than vacuuming because it’s somewhat self propelled. It feels lighter than the cordless vacuum, especially since the weight of this is mostly in the base. This cleans along baseboards far better than any vacuum I’ve used, and infinitely better than our old Roomba (probably six years old?) It picks up huge dog hair dust bunnies like they’re not there and doesn’t leave any behind. It also picks up tiny pebbles without issue, without scratching our floor. The suction is incredible. Our floors haven’t looked this nice since they were new, and it didn’t take much effort. I was also surprised how little water is used for the cleaning, and how quickly floors were completely dry. I think this would likely be fine for floors that you want to be careful not to get very wet…this is likely on the level of wetness as a swiffer wet pad. One downside is that our older dog is fearful of a lot of noises and this scared her. The messy dog who doesn’t like vacuums walked along with me (probably trying to undo the work.) Lastly, as others have said, the self cleaning works. The mop roll comes out clean and spotless. Of course, you do need to dump the dirty water cup and rinse it, but it was satisfying how much hair and gunk was picked up. The dirty water cup is small, and there was probably 8-10 oz of dirty water, nothing like emptying a full mop bucket. Early on at least, this is as great a purchase as my espresso machine that I hesitated buying in 2019 due to the cost, and it’s still running strong. If this lives only one year it will have been well worth it for me, but hopefully it’ll last much longer.

The user manual that came with this unit does not describe what each "mode" is, and what it does. It also has no instruction for how to use each mode. I have to go research on the web how to use vacuum only, wet cleaning, etc. Not too happy with this. Haven't even had a chance to try it until I understand these items. Gave it 3 stars because I still don't know how it functions. I'll update later UPDATE: I did a quick try on this unit and I really do like how it vacuums and cleans. It is not a deep clean but it's great for every day and weekly cleaning. I have a dog and I love how it keeps the dog hair from blowing around (like with a dust mop or broom), and picks it up as it cleans. I was able to get online and view a more detailed instruction for use. I does leave streaks, but I think it's mostly because I went very quickly through my home as a "test drive". Next time I'll take more time to move a little slower and do a more even pattern. Clean up is easy. Gave it 4 stars because I'm still a little concerned with the streaking. But I do like this unit.

Purchased on Feb 20, 2026 and have used every day (most days more than once), it is now May 6th. I feel like it’s been long enough to leave a legitimate review, based on the amount of use it has endured. It hasn’t given me a single issue (yet) so I’d say it’s pretty durable! I LOVE this thing. I really only use water in the tank since I ran out of solution pretty fast and have yet to buy more, I have vinyl plank flooring, and it works great! If I know there is a pretty stuck on mess or something that will need a little extra help/disinfection, I will prep the area with a multi surface disinfectant spray to soak before using the vac mop ( I also feel this helps with not spreading the germs everywhere else afterwards). I have three kids that throw food on the floor and constantly make spills and messes and bring in dirt from outside, this thing gets everything up. The battery life is awesome, I have 2400 sqft and can do the entire house on auto mode with one charge. It helps that it’s cordless because I don’t have to spend extra time plugging it into 5 or 6 different outlets to get every room cleaned. It is so quiet (except on fast drying after self cleaning) that I can use it while my baby is asleep in the same room. Worth every penny! My ✨ONLY✨ complaints are: there isn’t a light on the machine so it’s sometimes hard to see where the mess is and where you’ve already been, and the water tank being on top of the roller makes the vacuum just slightly too tall to fit under my kitchen cabinets and reach into the toe kick spot (my cabinets could absolutely be lower than most people’s so I can’t say it will be that way for everyone). Buy the dang thing, it will make your life so much easier, it definitely did for me.

I cannot recommend this combo vacuum enough. To be able to sweep and scrub at the same time is amazing. We have hardwood floors and so it is not good to have a lot of water on them. This machine uses very little water but is so effective and easy to use. It's easy to use and saves me so much time. I have a dog and two cats and 4 grandkids and with this item I am able to keep up with spills, animal hair and dirt with so much ease. If you have been on the fence, don't hesitate. I wish I would have had this product when my kids were young!!! It's quiet so I can use it any time. I just truly cannot say enough good things about it.

We should be salespeople for this vacuum. Honestly we love it so much and have convinced many of our friends and family to purchase it. They are also in love with it. With a large family, the kitchen can be a difficult place to maintain. With this moth vacuum spills no longer bother me and we are able to keep our floor looking pretty perfectly clean almost all the time. It has a long run time, I love the self-cleaning feature, couldn't be happier with this!

I really wanted to love this vacuum, and honestly, I did, until it unexpectedly stopped working just 42 days after I started using it (only about 10–12 uses in). Today, when I powered it on, it began making a loud noise, and then the motor (presumably for suction) gave out completely. Now, only the roller and self-propulsion still work. It won’t even connect to WiFi anymore, so something internally definitely gave out (video attached). Had it lasted at least two years, I would’ve gladly given it five stars. What I liked about it when it worked: • Cleaning effectiveness: Overall, I was very satisfied with how this vacuum cleaned. I’ve used 2-3 different Bissell brand wet vacuums in the past and this was by far my favorite. I didn’t have a serious problem with streaks as some of the other reviewers have mentioned. It may be because I typically vacuum before I mop. I use a Dyson to vacuum my floors and then the F25 Ace to mop/vacuum. I also liked how efficient the machine was with its use of the detergent. I also appreciated how little detergent it used while still cleaning effectively. I was initially concerned about the cost of branded detergent, but it turned out to be very economical. • Maneuverability: I loved the maneuverability of the vacuum and the self-propulsion. This was my first self-propelled vacuum and it’s a game changer. The sleek design made it easy to get under tight spaces. • Self-Cleaning Features: This was also my first self-cleaning wet vac, and it worked beautifully. The roller was cleaned and dried effectively, and the zero-tangle feature actually worked. I never had any issues with hair or debris buildup. What I didn’t like: • Battery life: I have a 1,700 sq ft home, and the battery couldn’t clean the entire house in one go. Thankfully, my wife and I split chores, so we used this alongside our existing Bissell. • Warranty and reliability: The one-year warranty feels inadequate given that mine died just over a month in. This is unacceptable for a product at this price point. I get that it’s a newer model, but Roborock isn’t a new company. I ended up returning it for a refund. I am grateful for Amazon for working with me even though I was a few days outside the return window. My search for a reliable and effective wet vacuum continues. Maybe I’ll try another brand or wait for Dyson to step up their game.

After using the Roborock F25 BX for a few weeks, I can confidently say this is one of the best wet & dry vacuums I’ve owned. What impressed me most isn’t just how well it cleans—it’s how thoughtfully it’s designed for everyday use. The F25 BX is incredibly lightweight and well-balanced, making it easy to push around and carry between rooms. The battery life is fantastic and easily lasts through my cleaning sessions. It also uses surprisingly little water while still leaving my floors spotless. One of my favorite features is the flip-top clean water tank. I can refill it without removing the entire tank, which is much more convenient than my previous Dreame. It’s a small feature that makes a big difference during everyday use. The dirty water tank is another standout. The chambered design separates debris from dirty water, making it much easier and cleaner to empty. Everything comes apart easily, rinses quickly, and snaps back together without any frustration. I also love the larger washable filter. It’s easy to remove, easy to rinse, and feels like it should last longer than the smaller filters found on many competitors. The self-cleaning dock is excellent. Hot-water self-cleaning and hot-air drying keep the roller fresh with almost no effort, so I don’t have to worry about odors or mildew. Final Thoughts Roborock clearly spent a lot of time thinking about the little things that make a product enjoyable to own. Every part of the maintenance process—from refilling the clean water tank to cleaning the dirty tank and filter—is simple and well designed. No product is perfect, but the few negatives are minor compared to everything this machine does exceptionally well. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Would I buy it again? Absolutely. It’s one of the few appliances that actually makes cleaning easier instead of feeling like another chore.

Antes de nada, perdón por el sonido de los vídeos y por mi peque de fondo 😂 Lo primero que quiero destacar es que, por culpa de la mensajería (o eso creo),mi pedido llegó sin algunos accesorios. Amazon respondió de maravilla, se hizo responsable del problema y me abonó el importe para poder conseguirlos por otro lado. También quiero mencionar el servicio técnico de Roborock. Aunque no compré la máquina directamente a ellos, llamé porque no era capaz de poner el idioma en español y me atendieron con muchísima paciencia y amabilidad, un diez para ellos. Y ahora sí, vamos a lo importante. Si estás dudando si comprarla… ¡ni te lo pienses! Tengo un niño de 3 años que va descalzo todo el día, una perrita y una casa con suelo antiguo ya que compramos la casa en noviembre y tenemos que hacer obras, con muchos recovecos e irregularidades donde suele acumularse la suciedad. Necesitaba una máquina que de verdad facilitara la limpieza y esta ha superado mis expectativas. Las ruedas son muy robustas, giran con muchísima suavidad y además incorpora un pequeño rodillo detrás del mango que ayuda a moverla cuando se coloca en posición de 180°. Se nota que está bien pensada. Este modelo no tiene aplicación móvil ni pantalla táctil como otros, pero sinceramente, no la echo de menos. Me gusta que sea sencilla: tres botones (encendido, cambio de modo y autolimpieza) y listo. Además, la asistencia por voz hace que todo sea muy intuitivo y fácil de usar. Antes probé otra fregadora muy conocida y me decepcionó bastante. Había suciedad que no conseguía aspirar y, al desmontar el filtro para limpiarlo, saltaron unos muelles y terminé devolviéndola el primer día. En comparación, la Roborock F25 me parece mucho más práctica. Me encanta que el depósito recoja tanto los residuos sólidos como los líquidos en un mismo recipiente, ya que resulta mucho más cómodo al vaciarlo. Al principio pensé que el filtro sería un inconveniente, pero todo lo contrario: se limpia en unos segundos, se deja secar y listo.Es un mantenimiento muy sencillo. Otro punto a favor es que también puede utilizarse para aspirar en seco sin necesidad de llenar el depósito de agua, tal y como indica el fabricante. Lo mejor de todo es el resultado. Deja el suelo muy limpio y, con un niño pequeño en casa que constantemente tira comida o ensucia, es una auténtica comodidad. Ya no tengo que barrer primero y después pasar la fregona, ni esperar a que el suelo se seque. Además, padezco una enfermedad reumatológica y necesito que las tareas del hogar sean lo más rápidas y cómodas posible. Gracias a la Roborock F25, limpiar la casa me supone mucho menos esfuerzo y eso, para mí, no tiene precio. Adjunto varios vídeos para que podáis ver cómo funciona y el resultado que deja. Sin duda, una compra totalmente recomendable. 👌🏻

Ayant déjà eu des produits Roborock, S5, S7 et H6, je peux affirmer que le produit respire la qualité. L'aspirateur laveur est bien emballé et livré avec sa base, une brossette de nettoyage et un bidon de détergent. Assemblage rapide et simple en même pas deux minutes. J'ai un malinois, et avec ce temps de chien en ce moment, le Roborock F25 ACE me change la vie et me la facilite. La prise en main est facile et la maniabilité avant/arrière est au top avec ses roulettes automatisées. Le mode automatique me convient pleinement et aucune tâche ne lui résiste. Je m'attendais à un niveau de bruit plus élevé, je suis agréablement surpris de ce côté là. Un point important, le rouleau ne laisse aucune trace de passage sur mon sol. Les poils de chien et les cheveux ne collent pas au rouleau et sont absorbés. Pas de blocage de rouleau constaté (recul d'une semaine). Le gros plus et ce pourquoi j'ai choisi ce modèle , la trappe pour le détergent (fourni) pour la désinfection du sol ! Le nettoyage redevient un plaisir. L'auto-nettoyage est rapide et laisse le rouleau propre et sec, compter 5 min max. Pour ma part, la taille du réservoir d'eau propre est suffisant pour un nettoyage d'une maison de 90 m² (cela dépendra du mode choisi et du niveau de saleté). Le petit plus, le paramétrage par l'application Roborock est intuitif et bien fait. Une fois fait, on n'y revient pas. J'ai hésité longtemps avant de sauter le pas, surtout par rapport à l'investissement que cela demande, mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup et je ne suis pas déçu de mon achat pour le moment !

Revolucionou a limpeza em casa. Virou a melhor amiga dos meus cachorros. Mas exige cuidado e manutenção constante, para evitar acúmulo cheiro. Não é fácil achar produto para diluir no tanque, precisa cuidar para não fazer espuma. A falta de diluição automática do produto é algo que faz falta nesse modelo, pois economizaria a quantidade usada no dia a dia. Marcas similares no Brasil vendem produto muito inferior e com preço semelhante. Esse vale o investimento, mas monitore o preço.
