Definitely Worth the Money!
I have been traveling for over 13 years about 3 months a year. I have just retired and had decided to purchase a good set of luggage, as eventually my wife and I will be moving to Europe and traveling extensively. I did a lot of research before purchasing anything. My first choice was Briggs and Riley. I purchased their hard side Torq and was extremely disappointed. It felt cheap, and the color, I ordered the green, looked black unless you were in direct sunlight. I sent it back. I then looked at soft sided luggage. I kept reading the Briggs and Riley had the incredible warranty of a lifetime guarantee. When I was looking at Travelpro, their warranty for the soft side Platinum Elite is also a lifetime guarantee. Their other products are not, just the soft sided Platinum Elite. Then I looked at the features. Briggs and Riley have a compressions system on their top-of-the-line suitcases. But the price to have that is system is a lot, $409.00 for the medium spinner and $338.00 for the carry-on above the Travelpro prices for the same thing. And, Travelpro does have sales once in a while where Briggs and Riley do not. From my observations, Travelpro has the same quality, the same smooth wheels, and the same warranty as Briggs and Riley at about half the cost. For the compression, you can get a set of Travelpro Compression Cubes that work extremely well. For the medium check-in suitcase, there is a fold out on the inside lid for putting shirts and/or pants and/or dresses that works very well. I can fit about 6 to 8 shirts, using my hangers, and they do not wrinkle! I just take out the shirts on the hangers and hang them up, so easy and convenient. I purchased the medium check-in, the international carry-on, and an Altitude backpack (to use for my c-pap machine then can use for sightseeing!) My suitcases are in the classic grey. I then purchased my wife the medium check-in and the standard carry-on in the olive green for Christmas. I think that color is awesome! I like that almost better then the grey. I also like the quality of the material and the YKK zippers for all the suitcases. Very heavy duty. On a side note, Briggs and Riley came up with a compression system in the ZDX series where you open the zipper to expand the suitcase then, once packed, zip it up to compress the clothes. My question would be, canโt you do the same with a Travelpro? Just unzip the expanding portion of the suitcase, then once packed, zip that up? And the B & R ZDK is about $240.00 more expensive for the medium than the top-of-the-line Travelpro! Why pay the extra money? I would definitely recommend these suitcases to all my friends and family!

So glad I bought these...
When I started my search for luggage to replace a ragged Briggs & Riley pair I had for many years (and loved), I thought for sure I would end up with one of the newer, "buzzier" brands like Away or Monos. But after extensive online research and a few trips to various stores, I landed on the full-size and carry-on versions of this Travelpro model while they were on sale. These suitcases are very sturdy and move smoothly. They look, feel, and perform like premium products. And I love the unique color way on my particular model. Very happy with with my choice!

The best luggage
I love love love this luggage! It was a joy to use traveling through Croatia, or for more local travels. Easy breezy through the airport and it just looks great! I've had Travelpro luggage for decades and this is absolutely the best that I've had. Along with the matching backpack traveling is simple, organized, and stylish.

Bought used, pleased with performance
Don't normally purchase used products, but this one was a 1/3 saving and was returnable if not satisfied. Happy that I took a chance. I am female, don't pack lots of shoes and extras, but am not a light packer. I had a little room to spare after packing for a weekend car trip for a wedding. Carried all my toiletries (approx football size bag) along with full size hairspray, mousse, and a hairdryer. 3 pairs of pants, 3 shirts, underwear, 2 prs shoes. Dress was in separate bag - it would not have traveled well in this case. There are multiple zip pockets outside the main compartment - I like this feature. The wheels seem sturdy and roll exceptionally well. Outer material is heavy duty and durable. I believe this will make a great carry-on for international travel and will hold all I need for 2-5 day trips in the car. The bag was definitely used - there was a 2 month old airline magazine in one of the zip pockets and a small nick in the outside trim. Not a deal breaker for me since it was quite clean and the price was definitely right. Will withhold judgement on longterm durability until I air travel. Update: Used this bag as carryon on 2 week trip to Nepal. Held 7 day clothing supply as well as sweater, hairdryer and other items. Still very pleased with the bags packability and its performance as a rolling carryon. So easy to drive and wheels performed just great on all types of Nepali bumpiness. I recommend it.

Perfect size for my 15" laptop computer
I bought this to as my small carry-on for my 15" laptop and a few things that I wanted to have with me when I bring my large 30" Delsey suitcase to stow under the plane. I've been buying and returning a number of other manufacturer's small carry-ons because they were too small for my computer. This one is perfect and my laptop fits in the top front pocket, so I have so much more room for other things. Travelpro really knows how to design luggage to be functional, stylish, and durable at an affordable price.

Amazon Warehouse Deal, thank you!
I received the luggage in perfect shape, despite being "used/good", at less than half the price. It was definitely worth taking a chance! The luggage is high quality, very solid, great wheels, stable handle, luxurious leather handle. I won't go back to cheap luggage after this, the ease of use of a better luggage is too great. The power bank sleeve and suit folder are great additions.
