I bought this last October while searching for something portable that could easily be stowed. The purpose? To give me somewhere soft and supported to sit while I was on my bucket list trip to London. I came back about a week ago after taking this inflatable cushion with me everywhere we went.It could not have gone any better!I have had cushions for my back for years. I need them because it is just not comfortable for me to sit on hard surfaces like wooden chairs, metal chairs, concrete steps, metal park, benches, and lots of others that I would undoubtedly find during my travels.This was one of my biggest concerns. Once I made it to London for my dream vacation, would I be able to tolerate the seating? Was I going to have to carry around some very bulky, 3-inch thick cushion like the ones I have at home?I am excited to say that this cushion did exactly what I needed.When I first got it, I mistakenly blew it all the way up like most people do. I could not stay balanced on it because it was overinflated for what I needed.So, after reading some other review reviews, I let out most of the air. I only left about one small breath inside the cushion. To look at it and feel it it would seem not to have any air in it at all. But once I sat on it, the air distributed perfectly and provided me with the exact amount of support and cushion I needed.What's even better is that, with this low amount of air in the cushion, I could fold it in half without having to uninflate it and slip it easily into my carry bag. It worked perfectly!I wish I could give this product 8 stars!It is exceptional quality, convenient, easy to use, and provided me with the exact amount of cushioning I needed it.

This cushion inflates in seconds with just a few breaths and deflates back into a pocket-sized pack that slips easily into a backpack.The foam-and-air support makes hard bleachers, flights, and camp chairs far more comfortable during long sits.The material feels durable and grippy, so it stays put on benches and doesn't slide around underneath me.At its light weight, it's easy to forget I'm even carrying it until I actually need somewhere comfortable to sit.After several outdoor events and travel days, it has held air with no leaks and shows no wear.

High quality and easy to use as far as self inflating pillows go. I recommend it if you know for sure that you are looking for an inflatable seat pillow (compared to a foam one). ALSO - mine seemed defective at first but give it a day or two to expand upon first use.When I first received it, I opened the valve and it didn't inflate at all. I decided to leave the valve open for a day. When I checked again, it had indeed started to inflate - so I left it another day and it finally got to the full 2" height that was promised. Now when I deflate fully, and then unroll it for inflation, it takes about 10 seconds to inflate. Not quite the 3 seconds they advertised, but it does work! Foam was probably too compressed at first.Initially I bought this for airplane travel but after testing it on a hard wooden dining chair, I realized that a) it slips and probably will on the plane too, and b) I realized that the overall product category of inflatable cushions is not what I was actually looking for. I got uncomfortable after just a few minutes because the air shifts around inside instead of supporting me and correcting my posture like a good foam cushion would. I probably couldn't use this long term on an airplane. It would definitely help prevent tailbone pain on long 16hr flights, but I think it would make my lower back hurt over time due to the balancing posture. (But I am not a doctor, and maybe that kind of balance would actually be good for you? No idea.)Anyway, if I had to go with any kind of inflatable cushion, I would definitely recommend this because the seams are high quality and I trust that it would last awhile. Impressive self inflating tech (once it works), at a fairly affordable price.It is also surprisingly compact when stored - similar in size to a small water bottle. Probably better for camping than for long haul flights.

I bought this seat cushion for travel and outdoor events, and it’s been comfortable to use. It packs down into a small bag, making it easy to carry in a backpack, and it inflates quickly. The foam provides nice cushioning on hard seats without taking up much space. It’s a practical accessory for stadiums, camping, or long periods of sitting. Overall, it’s lightweight, convenient, and works as expected

I bought this inflatable cushion for long road trips, and it has turned out to be a great purchase.I really like that it comes folded inside its own storage bag, so it doesn’t take up much space and is easy to keep in the car or pack for a trip.The first thing I noticed when I took it out was how soft and pleasant the fabric feels. It was very easy to inflate using the built-in valve, and once inflated, it holds the air well without losing firmness.I use it while driving and move it around depending on what feels most comfortable. Sometimes I place it behind my lower back for lumbar support, and other times I move it a little higher to support my upper back. I like having that flexibility because it makes long drives much more comfortable.My teenage son always ends up borrowing it to use as a pillow in the back seat. He finds it very comfortable for resting during our trips, so we usually end up sharing it.Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, comfortable, and very practical because it can be used in different ways while traveling. It has definitely made our long road trips much more comfortable.

Purchased 3. One for each of 2 cars and one for mobile to everywhere else. Deflates and folds quickly for storage/carry in a purse/briefcase/backpack making it easier to have with you when needed. When unfolded, it's the perfect dimensions for most situations. Big enough, but not oversized like many others. Again, this aids portability and helps ensure it will be with you when needed to cushion hard or uncomfortable seating places. With expandable foam inside, it will self inflate to a comfortable, soft sit. A single breath can make it extra firm or deflate to desired firmness. The only thing I cannot rate at this point is its durability. The materials and air valve appear to be quality, but time and use will tell. It does come with a small piece of leak repair patch material, but I found no instructions should I ever need to apply it.

I love that this cushion self-inflates. I fly a lot for work and leisure, and living in Hawaii means most of my flights are long. About three years ago I started noticing how painful it was to sit for that many hours. I’ve tried using the plane blankets as padding, but they don’t give enough cushion for my tailbone. A coworker suggested adding lumbar support, which helped a little, but not enough.This cushion is a nice upgrade—it gives me a couple hours of real relief, but it doesn’t hold up for a full 5- to 9-hour flight. For shorter flights or everyday use in stadium seats or bleachers, it’s great. It inflates on its own, deflates down to a compact size, and is easy to pack.If you need something for long-haul flights, it may not be enough on its own, but for casual use or shorter stretches, it’s genuinely helpful.

I have only used it once so far so that's why a 4 out of 5.. The cushion works as descripted and did help my skinny backside for a couple of hours during the 4th of July parade. It is compact and should travel well on flights.. This will be the bigger test.

Perfect for sitting on and easy to inflate. Holds 300lbs man sitting on it with comfort. Very easy to deflate and put away, love the little carrying bag. Definitely worth the investment
