You have the options for different flavours but I opted for the flavourless one, and I stick the 2 scoops required in 1 of my daily protein shakes, and the 2 scoops actuall has almost 5g of creatine monohydrate in, and not 2 or 3g like i see in a lot of other products. It does make it slightly more grainy on texture when consuming, but not in an unpleasant way. I will 100% be restocking this when I run out, and will actually buy the bigger bag.

Firstly, it’s a great supplement, great value. Just don’t buy apple and lime, it’s horribly sweet, artificial, and sickly. I regret switching from flavourless which was also cheaper…Why use a health product and choose the option with artificial sweeteners and added chemicals? If only I thought that before buying.
