research this supplement. do not overdose so be sure to know the minimum or maximum dose you can take This brand is very good brand & fast delivery from the maker. the best is it tastes Ok. mildly strawberry. B1 has great benefits to gut health. It helps relieve slow motility & improves regularity. You do need to hydrate & do the usual good Health practices. It is NOT a laxative!!! it takes about 2-3 weeks of use to see results for gut improvement.

Interesting taste
It's not a bad taste, just interesting. Tangy, which I wasn't anticipating, but not bad. I've only been taking this stuff for a couple of days now, but I'm hoping to continue taking it daily, and hopefully I'll notice some kind of positive effects from it. The bottle suggests to shake well before use, and to take one dropper daily with food, so I've just been taking it with my breakfast. Thankfully it doesn't need to be refrigerated after opening, so that makes it easier for me to keep it within eyesight so I remember to take it each day. Anyway, it's pretty good so far, so hopefully it does something beneficial.

Con - the dropper leaks onto rubber top/fingers with each use :~( = Sticky mess Pro - No heart palps from my T meds so I think it is working

Works
Very sweet. But did increase my thiamine levels from deficiency to mid range with only taking half of recommended dose. So it does work.
