Great to balance the good bacteria for women. I started to feel off, uncomfortable, maybe a bladder infection coming on, etc and within one day of taking this everything was back to normal again and fine. I take it regularly just to keep me balanced now.

Love the brand, but experienced difficulties acquiring Subtilis. Ordered, but was sent Coagulans with a "Subtilus" Amazon bar-code sticker on it. Requested and received refund and told to reorder. Same thing happened a second time, ...and a third, ...and a fourth. Alway received Coagulans, despite every Amazon representative promising they'd corrected the problem. This appeared to be an Amazon problem, not a Natural Foundation problem, so... Wrote the company seeking clarification and an actual bottle of Subtilis, along with asking which strain of Subtilis (which wasn't provided in the listing at that time). Natural Foundation's sent boilerplate "pound-sand" response to both questions. If Natural Foundation reads this, more research was done on this subject, because Subtilis MB40 is a potentially life-saving strain, which Deerland produces under an apparently trademarked name, DE111. ADM owns Deerland and viciously protects their Intellectual- property, which terrifies everyone, including apparently, Natural Foundation. However, ADM does not own Subtilis MB40, because it is a naturally occurring probiotic and can't be patented. Presumably, ADM threatened everyone in the industry and nobody wants to spend years in court fighting a bully like ADM (even though ADM has no legal claim to MB40). That doesn't help people who need Subtilis MB40 (which kills the dreaded Staph-Aureus, Osteomyelitus, bone-infection crippling millions around the world. Virtually every paralyzed person and most type2-diabetics who lose limbs, lose them to Staph-Aureus. Staph, which eventually turns into MRSA (Antibiotic-Resistant flesh-eating bacteria). Resistant to Antibiotics, but not resistant to Subtilis MB40. Implore Natural Foundations to produce Subtilis MB40? It'll save limbs and lives. And let buyers know if and when Amazon begins shipping Subtilis MS31 and not sticker'd-over Coagulans?

Using this as a pre-alcohol probiotic and it works! Way cheaper than the brand name stuff

Did not inspire confidence because the sealed bottle was printed out with a labeling for a totally different product. There was a label slapped crookedly over the print on the bottle stating that the contents were Bacillus Subtilus.

Great product, making the william davis sibo yogurts. And taking it as is. no upset. clean flavors. no ill effects. long term not sure yet. just a few week in. It is a bit hard to smash into powder for the yogurts. Oh the review can't say both the gasseri and subtilice. Both are great.
