Way better than the battery charger that came with my Ebike. I love I can charge both my e-bikes now :).

I love love love this universal charger it saved me. My original e bike charger had broken. It really hard to find a e bike charger that's compatible for your ebike so I was skeptical about buy it. As soon as it I opened it I was amazed seeing all the charger plugs it comes with and it actually fit perfectly on my ebike it charges quickly and it even comes with a cooling fan wooow it was worth every penny. Not to mention it is very easy to use. I've had this product for months now and I have not had any problems with it. Personally I would recommend this product because it does wonders for me.

It got here super fast, like the fastest I've ever gotten something from Prime. Also, I was happy that it has the little pc fans. The one that came with my bike got really hot. Now, I work 20 - 25 minute ride Monday- charged bike went to work & charged again while there until light turned green. After work, rode home and waited until early morning to recharge. Tuesday- Repeated identical procedure as Monday. Wednesday- Repeated identical procedure as Monday & Tuesday. Thursday- it looked like is was gonna business as usual. When I got to work, I went to 1st plug the charger in to the wall (wasn't yet plugged in to the battery) and it made a "Click" sound & the light never came on and it is now NOT charging my battery at all. Now I have no ride to work for Friday. I'm totally screwed. It definitely seemed like it was made of a cheap plastic, compared to the original one that this was supposed to be replacing. I really doubt I'll ever get my money back for this thing. If I ever do, I will adjust my 1 Star rating accordingly. I'm not a jerk... I'm just a little aggravated. Not to mention totally screwed for a way to my doc appointment this morning and then work... Spend the couple extra bucks. It's worth it. Especially if you depend on you e-bile to get you to work and everywhere else you have to go.

This charger kit is excellent! My other charger for my electric bike died and ordered this kit and works like a charm! What I also like about it is that it has adapters where you can charge other electronics!

Overall seems pretty good under my basic test seems like it's cutting off and cutting on when it should so if your battery is charged it doesn't overcharge it but then again it comes with a fan and it already seems like the fan is going bad I only have used it maybe three times but then again I the fan sounded garbage from the first time I plugged it in not loud it is loud but sounded like it goes out this is coming from a guy that works on a lot of computers so I know about fans a little bit

El artículo llegó en buen estado, funciona perfectamente con la batería, por lo que se recomienda en precio y calidad, es un poco lento para cargar la batería de la bici, pero cumple la función para lo que está diseñado, el único detalle es de qué al principio hace ruido su ventilador, pero con el paso de los minutos se deja de escuchar.

Compré el cargador en octubre del año pasado, tuve 4 meses de buen uso y me acaba de fallar, ya no prendió ni quiso cargar, como le hago para aplicar la garantía, ¿Me pueden apoyar con esto por favor?
