Yes, that is what it is made for. You will have to trim a little around where the brace is and I believe front sight. It is very easy with the razor they supply. Fits mine great.

Does this case accommodate the Scorpion with a Holosun 510c red dot site?

I have a primary Arms red dot sight on mine and it fits just fine. Case club provides a razor knife with the case so you can customize it to your needs. BTW the case has been great.

What does the 'on/off' knob on the front do?

It is a pressure release valve. If you were to change elevations it could create a vacuum inside the case and make it hard to open, the knob let’s air in to equalize the pressure.

Is there room for two magazines AND a 50 round drum magazine?

I dont own the 50 round drum mag, but there is not any room for that in the case
