Absolutely worth it. I love this. I use it almost every night. Battery life lasts hours. Helps with my tight shoulders after working all day. Noticed less pain immediately. Easy to wear while walking around the house. Very intense power and even works on lower back. Very durable, i put a lot of pressure into massage. Easy to take with me if I’m on a trips! Great purchase!

This thing is amazing. It’s more of a grabbing action than just rolling on top of your muscles.the pressure can be lighter or more intense depending how tight you wear it. As someone who likes a very deep almost painful massage this can do that. It’s exactly what I wanted. I hope it lasts awhile. I like that it doesn’t need to be plugged in to be used. It’s also very quiet while in use. The only thing I might change is the voice when you change the settings. Seems unnecessary

Hubby got this for a very intense stiff neck (which he gets frequently). He said it worked extremely well for him and eased the pain quickly. He also loved the heated feature. And he says it’s surface is comfortable and said it stayed in place…but only if he sat still without moving. The device does not stay in place, but if the company would make an easy strap adjustment, it could be perfect and stay in place and be much more comfortable.

This massager is everything the description says and More! Very impressed!! It literally feels like strong hands massaging your muscles along with the heat option. It shocked me at how well it works. You feel the heat penetrating deep in the muscles! Buy it-you won't be disappointed. Right out of the box easy to use, put i t on pushed the buttons and that's it. Great for the money!

I wanted to love this neck massager, especially with all the hype it’s been getting, but overall, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations for me. It primarily targets the upper neck area — right under the ears — and doesn't do much for the traps or the base of the neck like some of the videos suggest. Videos show the little prongs on the bottom really getting into the upper back area, near the shoulder blades, and I don't know how they're getting that. I couldn't feel it at all even on the high intensity mode. It also takes some adjusting to get it positioned just right, and even then, it doesn’t stay in place well if you're moving around — even with the strap tightened. You pretty much have to sit still for it to work at all. That said, I can see how it might help some people if your tension is mostly in that very specific area. For me, sadly it didn’t offer the kind of relief I was hoping for. Not a terrible product, just not the right fit — I’ll likely be returning mine. I would also be very wary using this product if you've had any kind of neck injury, neck muscle strain, or accident that resulted in severe whiplash. I have a background in the medical field and would NOT suggest this for someone like you. I would be too afraid it would irritate the nerves near the upper cervical spine. The pressure cannot be controlled as well as the advertisements suggest. I would suggest to just be cautious, if you feel any kind of pressure in your head, tingling in your arms, and overall a tender soreness that makes you squirm, stop using it.

Battery don’t last 1 min we had to return it

Apart from performance the appearance of a product also matters. I have ordered for black colour but received white. Seller should confined to the exact item as shown in ad. This is disappointing.

The device didn’t work at all. Worked for one time and then checked again after a week and it stopped working completely. It doesn’t even charge. It’s not even been a month. Please take this back and send a functional one. Or return my money.
