Soeos Konjac Noodles, Fettuccine Pasta, 9.5oz (270g)*6, Shirataki Noodle

I put this in coconut curry and it's DELICIOUS. I crave it, have ordered many times.

Per the AI gods and practical experience - rinse them off thoroughly under running water, then pat them dry with a paper towel before dumping them into a dry nonstick skillet set on low heat until they are very slightly toasted. This dries out the noodles. Then add them to whatever dish you're preparing and they'll absorb the flavors/sauces of that dish. Otherwise they won't absorb anything and will remain chewy to the point of rubbery. But this isn't the fault of any particular brand of noodle. It's just the nature of konjac. They must be dried before they will absorb.

If you're looking for very low carb noodles, with great texture and the ability to latch on to flavor, from other ingredients, this noodle is for you! I made cheater's chicken alfredo, with alfredo sauce in the jar, fresh chicken breast and these noodles, with some very finely diced onions, and these noodles changed the game! Absolutely delicious, and they don't get soggy or clumped together. I am ordering these for the second time, and I know there will be many, many more times that I will order them, again!

Even though they are a little expensive, I do like these noodles. For anyone wondering what they taste like, if you wash them first, they taste like nothing. The texture is kinda weird, pretty chewey. I find it's a little better if you boil them first. The calorie count makes these worth it, with a good high protein sauce, you can't really tell they are different noodles.

Nice texture with minimal calories and carbs

These noodles have become my go to item when I am making my breakfast and lunch veggie soups. They are easy to prepare and are pretty good when it comes to their texture after sitting in the broth for a day or two. They still retain their texture. Unlike other noodles of this type that I have tried, these definitely do not smell and the taste is just right. And the fact that they are lower in carbs than pasta and only 12 calories makes it easy to have them for meals

I wish there was a zero star was available. The “noodles” aka plastic. Came out of the package looking and feeling like a wad of clear tape and then after boiling per directions and still wadded together, looked and felt like the elastic hanger straps found on dresses. Non chewable. Threw them away. A huge waste of my hard earned money. So so disappointed.

Best noodles by far. I’m gluten free and these will soak up any sauce I put them in- I rinse and heat and they are ready to eat. Great to throw in soups also.
