Totally worth buying!! More bang for your buck. Better items compared to Fridamom products as far as quality and quantity. Love everything in this kit....my only complaint would be the reusable cooling pads. (Not really sanitary in my opinion) I tried using the disposable sleeves, but the material was not absorbent. Definitely wish they had the cooling pads Fridamom has. But I still give this kit 5 stars!

Great postpartum recovery kit for a vaginal delivery and worth the money especially if you have torn or had to get stitches down there. The spray and cooling pads are great for that reason

So I will be so honest here because I spent weeks researching what I would actually need for postpartum recovery, and I am so thankful I decided to order this kit before delivering my baby. Recovery is something no one can fully prepare you for, but having everything together in one box made those first few weeks so much less overwhelming. Every item felt thoughtfully chosen and served a purpose. The peri bottle was easy to use and much gentler than using toilet paper in those first painful days. The healing spray gave almost instant relief.. it was cooling, soothing, & never burned or irritated my skin, even with tears from delivery. I found myself reaching for it after every bathroom trip lol. The cooling liners were probably my favorite item. They provided immediate comfort and helped reduce soreness and swelling, especially during those first several days when I was the most uncomfortable!! I also appreciated that the products were individually packaged & ready to use without having to buy everything separately. I personally chose to use a different brand of disposable postpartum underwear simply because I already had a thicker pair that I preferred, but the rest of this kit became part of my daily recovery routine. It saved me from running to the store after coming home from the hospital and gave me peace of mind knowing I already had everything I needed. As a new mom… you’re already exhausted, emotional, and focused entirely on your baby. Having recovery supplies ready to go makes a huge difference because it’s one less thing to worry about. Looking back, this was one of the smartest purchases I made during pregnancy. If you’re building your hospital bag or shopping for a baby shower gift, I highly recommend adding this to your list. It’s practical, high quality, and truly helps make postpartum recovery much more comfortable. I would absolutely purchase it again and recommend it to any expecting mom. It made those first weeks of healing so much more manageable, and for that alone, it’s worth every pennyyy!!

Best post partum kit I’ve found as a FTM. Prefer it to other larger name brands. Also love the long witch hazel pads vs tucks and the reusable ice packs vs. one time ice pads. Have bought this x2 post partum as a mom of an 11 day old. Can’t recommend enough!

The underwear my hospital gave me were like XXXL and had no stretch!!! The hospital ice pack also didn’t stay cold nearly as long as in needed it to. And the hospital peri bottle didn’t have the special neck on it. So I ended up using all that stuff from my post partum kit. I LOVED the underwear it came with, wish I could’ve got them individually for when I ran out. Only thing I didn’t use was the kit’s knock off version of dermaplast or its knock off witch hazel wipes (my skin was too sensitive for those).

Great bundle! Covers all your bases. Some things don’t come with a lot, like the underwear, but that’s okay. Once I realized what I needed and didn’t, I could buy just those things.

INFORMATIVE REVIEW BELOW Tip: Order a postpartum kit and a C-section kit (and a breastfeeding kit if you need) right before your due date so you're still within the return window for whichever ones you don't use; I planned a vaginal birth but almost had a C-section so it was good to have both options. Same with breastfeeding, I almost couldn't do it. Review: I had a vaginal birth, 3 hours pushing, 3 tears, a lot of trauma and pain and swelling. I got this kit plus some Frida mom products and one other brand I can't remember. The glamommy products are superior to the others. The pads and underwear were a better fit and didn't scrunch up, the liners felt better, the spray is elite with how cooling it is, and the ice pads are amazing. I was getting stressed with the ice pads because I ran out of liners (it comes with 16 of them so takes a while to run out) and I realized that these ice pads are actually very gentle, it's not like placing a block of ice directly against your skin, so you can use them without liners and they are still comfortable. I actually ended up purchasing a second kit because I wanted a second peri bottle and another cooling spray for when I go out, plus I loved everything in the kit and I have an extra long recovery time so I needed more. The pads, underwear, and liners run out quickly but the cooling spray is so good that I'll just use it in place of the liners. I did not get the ultimate kit because I had a bag (any bag is fine) and I got a gown with shoulder Velcro, which was handy because I had an IV in. Another tip: adult diapers from Costco are an excellent replacement for the underwear and pads, they look and feel more like underwear than diapers.

I had no idea what to buy to prepare for post partum and it was all getting overwhelming, bought this and suddenly felt super prepared and at ease. Everything came in handy, especially the peri bottle and cooling spray and the underwear was literally the comfiest/softest thing ever! I’ll be buying this as a gift for any friends who are expecting!

This kit really has been a life saver while post partum. Im about 2 weeks out now so have run out of some items (like the disposable under wear and pads) but I still use the peri bottle every day and the spray. I do wish the spray had a nozzle that you could spray it at any angle, as I find trying to reach down there and spray while holding the bottle upright can be tricky sometimes. But all-in-all, I would 100% buy this again if I were to have more children.

Thought most of these products would be gimmicky but thought I’d try it out for postpartum. I was wrong, every product gave me (and my second degree tears) instant soothing relief. Worth every penny.
