Incredible quality for the price! I have a massage guy that comes weekly, I don’t want to use his chair so I bought this one. Now he wants to buy one!

The chair came with a missing special " flat " nut. I called the telephone number which was provided on the accompanying instruction sheet. Lo and behold I was soon talking to a nice lady in Georgia whoonly needed my Amazon invoice number. She confirmed my purchase and said that the missing part would be shipped within 5 days. It was timely shipped. In trying to fit the bolt through the arms of the arm rest pad, I realized that I had to push them together a little bit in order to get the bolt to fit. I was able to bend them together enough to get the bolt and nut to fit. To get the folded chair into the carrying bag, one must remove the head rest shaft from the chest rest pad bar. There is plastic cap that fits into the end of the chest rest pad bar which I believe is to protect the bag from tearing. The cap is a bit difficult to remove as it is tightly fitted, so I drilled a hole through the end of the cap and inserted a plastic wire tie with the wire tie's connector inside the cap and the loop outside the cap. That modification makes the cap easier to remove. When the cap is not plugged into the bar, I can hang it on an adjustment knob.

So no question about it, this is not any kind of "high end" chair but it is sufficient for our needs which is sub 225lb occasional use. Pros: Shipped quickly. Relatively comfortable for ~30m use. Adjustable more than some others. Cons: -Some of the screws were rusty. -The pieces feel pretty cheap but they are metal so I think they'll be fine. -The seat is obviously padded but it's not padded very well (hence the ~30m use notation above). Overall: Happy with this product since most are hundreds of dollars. I feel it was a reasonable deal and it does look pretty nice after it's setup.

Just opened and assembled and the material is very low quality. I ordered the white one and you can see as pictured that this doesn’t look very nice. Would not recommend. The instructions that came with this also are titled “Patio Swing” which is very odd given it’s a Massage Chair.
