This computer to date is a far more delightful experience than my last HP Laptop of 2024 with Amazon. It was a lemon from day one. Neither Amazon nor HP were of much help and multiple visits to computer techs were in vain. I suspect one part of the problem was the initialization of Windows 11. The rest, simply a lemon at best. This computer a few hundred dollars more in price was easy to set up and get up and running. It is fast, no problems to date and I am very ahppy with this purchase.

I bought this HP to replace a Dell laptop/tablet combo that is about 12 years old. It would not accept Windows 11, so I bit the bullet. We're pleasantly surprised at how easy to get started and how easy the data transfered (including my saved passwords transfered. The larger screen has taken some getting used to. The difference between 15 and 17 is striking. But, it sure makes watching videos and video streaming more enjoyable. And, I has a touchscreen. Great value for the price.

I have found this computer to be very easy to work with. The screen quality is very good and it responds fast. Set up was very easy and it even pulled everything off my previous HP so I didn’t lose a thing. I would recommend this HP to everyone. It came when they said it would too and was just as described.

bought 2 for total of $1100. problematic since first turn on. Had to call HP support to fix issues, got progressively worse day 2. screen would black out, and the come back on, just using internet was an issue. computer upload/ download speeds 24/12. so frustrated started my return of both, hoping I get a FULL refund. we shall see. started up my old 2 laptops and their upload/download speed were 398/376. never again with HP.

This HP with its 17” screen is beautiful. It has a touchscreen and it didn’t need to be plugged in again for 10 days! It is relatively light can pick it up with one hand. The microphone speaker is easy to understand. The battery is long lasting making it super to cart if needed. Only thing missing is a backlit keyboard!
