High quality and easy to take

I really have no idea if this works, that's why the 3 stars. I didn't notice any difference. I believe Life Extension has good products and glad I can buy them on Amazon.

This seems to have a number of ingredients that both promote longevity and they seem to agree with me. I take it first thing in the morning and have been taking it for years

Made a difference - highly recommend
