Plan out the wires before you commit
For a 2012 Honda Odyssey- worked very well. Reused the old snap ring since it seemed to be a .001 smaller then the one that came with this kit. Could have used more shims. Had to solder the ground strap since the old one was held by a stripped out Philips head screw. Would have been nice if it was the 2 Pin connector like the OE

Fixed a Ford Fusion AC, where the clutch came unbolted and fell off.
Had to install the outer clutch plate on a Ford Fusion AC compressor. The original clutch fell off. So, while I didn't use the entire product, this fixed the issue. Seems like good quality.

Manufacturing defect for the Front Plate
I ordered this A/C clutch for Jeep Liberty 3.7L 2003. The parts were all a perfect fit for the car until the last piece. That is the Front Plate. It turns out that the hole that gets fitted of the compressor is much larger than the original. Tried to contact the manufacturer several times, as advised by Amazon, but all I got was the voice mail. Now. I have it installed by the mechanic, the A/C doesn't work, I cannot return and I wish to get a replacement for the Front Plate, but there is no one to talk to Here is the photo showing the difference that I am talking about.

Good Replacement but things to note
Installed about late of July 2024. Writing this February of 2025. Will do another update at the year mark. All parts went on well in matter of the clutch and pulley but the only down fall was the factory bolt needs to reused which is a 5mm also the snap rings had to used again. I didn't use the spacers that were provided and has been working since. Attached are the clearances for between the pulley and clutch in the highlighted image. The torque for the center bolt is 10lb. Manual marks NM as first unit of measurement of torque hince why it says 14. Not much to it other than reusing those parts but it did get rid of the rattling while the car was on and while driving. Just note that the ac compressor may not engage, this is due to the coil having a short and needing to replace ac compressor fuse under the hood fuse box. This repair beats the price of replacing the whole compressor which is about 300 for the part itself.

Cheapest route to repair A/C dodge Nitro 3.7 with a bad old clutch
Didn't even cost me 50 bucks for this new clutch kit. My old one failed and stopped responding to 12v power to test. I think it had a parge crack in it. This new one was easy to install with a pair of e-clip pliers, and a serpentine belt removal tool. You may need a hammer or a 3lb-4lb mallet to make things easier tapping the new one on. After installation was completed, my A/C problems were gone. Cold air as soon as the switch was turned on. Wasted months trying to figure out what was wrong. It was a failing clutch the whole time. I did not want to replace the compressor. It was only in need of a new clutch.

Proper Clutch but Wrong Connector
Clutch works properly but connector was wrong. Had to cut connector off old one and solder it to the new clutch.
